Brothers on Smith Lake

Great food and great people. The staff was really nice and the food was really good. The only thing that I have to say negative was the price, I went with 2 other people and our order was about $25 per person. Definitely the best restaurant in Cullman county and possibly even between Birmingham and Huntsville/Decatur

I went right when they opened, and had amazing customer service. Food was awesome! Their cheese sticks tasted like there was pepper jack 😋 If you want a good taco, get the shrimp taco ❤ For dessert, their pecan cobbler is amazing! All around great place. The waitress was so nice and took good care of me 😊 Y'all go check em out!

Friday night dinner for two at about 6ish. No wait for a table. Staff was very friendly. Appetizer came hot and delicious. Entrees shortly after. Grouper Pontchartrain was delicious and the fish tacos were amazing. The fish was obviously fresh and prepared well. Prices were reasonable. Although it is a casual bar type environment, it was quiet enough to have a conversation between the two of us. Music was low. We really felt like we found a diamond in the rough. Only negative was the chalkboard menu. It's hard for two people to read a menu like that when they are across the table from one another. Also, the parking lot was packed, but the restaurant wasn't.

We sat out on the deck over looking the water and night sky. Very Peaceful relaxing evening for a bar type resturant. No wait period. Seated ourselves. Odd parking lot. I ordered shrimp boil. Enough for two people to share. It was good but could had more flavor, another small corn, and potato to go along with the amount of shrimp you get 22 jumbo I believe. Two non alcoholic drinks, 1 appetizer and 1 shrimp boil was almost $50.00. No prices are written on there black chalkboard to which they only handed our table of two one menu. Nobiggie as there isn't many items to chose from, .mostly finger food related items. Overall I enjoyed it. Will return better prepared next time as this was a last minute plan. Remember it's on the lakes you may need a light jacket/hoodie as it was a little chilly this time of year.

Brothers is soooo delicious! I had the shrimp tacos and they couldn't have been better! Slightly spicy but not overwhelming... shrimp cooked perfectly and on a toasted tortilla! Fantastic! We sat on the porch and with the view it was perfect for a Saturday lunch date! ❤ We will be visiting again!!!

Everyone was nice from the time we got there. Waited about 20 min. for a table. Food was quick and service was awesome. Will be back.

Fish tacos were delicious, great atmosphere. The only issue I had was our waitress was not very friendly, maybe she had a bad day? She just seemed to not care that we were there. Paid no attention to our drinks, we had to keep stopping them to ask for refills and about our food

My 1st trip, treated by my brother Joey ( who's a reg) loved the scenery. The drinks were great perfect blend for myself. The meal was wonderfully delicious 😋. Our server was a delight! I tried crab legs for the 1st time Yummy. I plan on coming back!

This place is awesome! Best place to hangout in Cullman county. The wait staff was awesome and friendly. The bartender Alana was very fun and out going and made sure we always had a drink in front of us. Will definitely be back.

This is some great food. I had fried shrimp, my daughter had tacos with summer salsa, and my son had cheeseburger. My husband and I had Goat Island beers. Such a fun place right on the lake!

Eaten here several times. The food is amazing! The fish tacos are awesome! The shrimp and grits are amazing!!!!!! The only negative thing I would say is that there is not enough seating outside or with a view of the lake since your eating at the lake. The food is absolutely amazing though!!!!!!!!

One word: YES! If you ever want classic American food, then this is the place for you! The waitresses are kind and jolly, the food is fresh and hot. It's clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. It won't come to shock to you if you see a family smiling and laughing at a dinner table. This is a great place to bond, laugh and eat with your family and friends.

Great place to get away. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly hosts. The food was great. Seafood to hamburgers they have something for everyone. Great place to seat and listen to the live band or just seat and look over the lake. Outside seating. And even has a bar. Great family environment. Go check them out and give them a try . The firecracker shrimp is amazing.

Mostly seafood, I had the shrimp tacos and now no others will do! The menu is cute because it's a large chalk board 😄.

Great food for a very reasonable price. Fairly easy to get to . Large deck and live music on stage inside. Not too loud as we heard one another and enjoyed conversation throughout the meal. Side dishes were somewhat limited. The steaks were very good as was tuna appetizer and fried shrimp.

Had a great dinner outside tonight! The tuna dip and Buffalo shrimp apps were great, and the peel and eat shrimp was really good! The portions were very large. Sweet potato fries are fantastic! Our server CiCi was awesome and took very good care of us. We also had the shrimp PO boy, fish sandwich and chicken sandwich. All were hot and freshly made. Looking forward to coming back soon!!!
