Where I bought a 4wheel drive Shuttle shift 1538 tractor in May of 2018.

My dad bought a tractor from there a lil over a year ago they can’t get no parts for it. He had a 7 year warranty and trynna charge him 200$ to fix the up and down said it wasn’t part of the tractor. DO NOT recommend buying nothing for this place!🤬

We bought a brand new tractor last year and have had nothing but problems with it since they dropped it off at our house. You can’t get anyone to return phone calls and forget about trying to get warranty work done. They told us yesterday that their service man only works two hours a day and to take it to another dealer for service. I do not recommend anyone buying from this dealer! Our tractor was missing pins and the rpm display has not worked since we purchased it and still has not been fixed and now we have another warranty issue that needs to be addressed and they tell us to take it to another dealer which is over an hour away.
