Walmart Pharmacy

They are some of the sweetest ladies I have ever dealt with. I have seen them get upset because customers get rude. They are a first come first served service. They deal with hundreds of people every day. They only get 30 for lunch from 1:30 to 2. I seen a lady get there at 1:35, as the girls are doing their best to clear the window before going to lunch, she became very angry because she wanted her script before they went to lunch. I say, shame on you lady!!

Called to see if they had covid tests in stock. Guy I talked to said they had pcr and antigen tests. I closed my business to come up because they were the only place I had called that said they had them. Get to the pharmacy and they say they don't have any. I told them I just called and was told they did. Lady said they would be around the counter on the bottom shelf if they had any. And of course they were out. I possibly lost business because an employee chose to say they had something they didnt.

I have never been treated so bad at any other pharmacy. I was told to hold and could hear everything for about 20 minutes. I'm not looking for DOPE, I am not suppose to run out of my meds. Judging people while I heard them is very unprofessional! Don't worry about making fun of me anymore!

Called and confirmed my prescription had been called in by my doctor. Pharmacy confirmed and said it would be ready in an hr. It took 2 hrs to get to Wal-Mart and they said it was not ready. Would be 15 more minutes...try 45...horrible service. My prescription comes in a prepackaged, sealed bottle. All they had to do was slap the sticker on it and check me out
