Clean restrooms, store looks pleasing to the eye. Comfortable shopping. Outside, gas pumps work well. Car wash is good. Vacuums are free and work well. Maintenance is quick (the car wash and a vacuum were down only a very short time.

Very clean and nice gas station. Prices were very reasonable wish they were in the city. Got this cool purse from there that I absolutely love! Sturdy and perfect for winter months. Really good size and only 10 bucks

They have the best coffee machine! You can literally pick your own fresh, grinded coffee flavored to your liking. The store was clean asking with the bathrooms. They had tons of food options to pick from. This is a quite large store. They also had a nice liquor section. The employees were friendly and quite chatty. Nice and clean. New this year so it's nice. Best gas station in Benton in my opinion.Get the Mach one rewards card if you shop here lots. There's some pretty good deals in store and you get cash back to spend in the store.

Love this place with the free vacuuming, icecream machine "love the mocha" as well as Little Caesars $5 pizzas, and very friendly staff not to mention the always squeaky clean rest rooms with the cool 3 in one sinks. I know it's silly but I love the soap, water, and dryer in-one sinks. It's hard to explain you just have to see it. So cool!

One of the cleanest gas stations we've ever stopped at while traveling. Bathrooms were large, bright, and clean. There are PLENTY of snack options if you need some, and the pumps are brightly lit. If you need to stop, this is where you should stop!

Great staff, lots of food options and drinks. Only down side which is the Diesel fuel area is a strange and tight step up with only the center pump having the satellite pump..and no on site truck parking... but great price on fuel and everything else so definitely will return...

Om way home from seeing family in Auburn Georgea and needed a stop to stretch and get gas..Glad I picked here. Phillips at the pump and a huge variety of thirst quencher's to buy and stock my man cave bar at home in bourbon mo. The place was outstanding and clean! The Employees are very kind and make you feel welcomed..Would be wonderful to have a Mach 1 here in bourbon mo..

It's awesome they have a app you can play spin and win free coffee or sodas. Plus get tons of extra points an also get 50 points a day just for logins.

Best price on diesel fuel in on I-57 friendly people, quick in and out only one center diesel fuel pump though. Clean and new.

West Frankfort Mach 1 is the cleanest friendly one of all. This experience off the interstate is first class!

It's a big gas station with all kinds of stuff inside. They have all kinds of novelty stuff and a really neat milk shake machine.

Clean gas station, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, easy in and out for those of us traveling and wanting to get right back on the road.

The Mach 1s are awesome, they have intriguing merchandise, awesome fountain soda, and good coffee, they have good deals on certain items regularly, check em out
