Bought a new Stowmaster Tournament series landing net and used it one time and rubber handle fell off and net went to the bottom of the lake. I contacted customer and explained the situation. Levi set out a new net free of charge. The net showed up the next day. Thank you Levi for standing behind your product. I will tell all my fishing buddies you guys are a stand up business Thanks Chris.

Excellent business that stands behind their products. I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a good fishing rod. Their ESP series rods are some of the most sensitive I have ever fished with.

Great place to work looking for drivers

Customer service and packaging are a disgrace. I ordered a rod online; it came in a thin walled cardboard box. It arrived broken in half. Tried calling customer support for over an hour and did sent an email. They got back with me the next day. Shipped out a replacement in the same container. Box shows up torn in half. Multiple eyelets are severely bent out of alignment. I have bought other rods online and they came bubble wrapped inside of a thin walled PVC pipe. It’s sad when a company prides themselves on being “dedicated to providing the highest quality, most innovative products”, but doesn’t take the same approach on the shipment of their products. Needless to say I definitely will not be a repeat customer.
