First Smiles Dental and Braces

My 4 year old and 2 year old needed fillings and they did great. Dentist is very kind, and most importantly patient when she is working with kids. The assistants there also made my kids experience enjoyable. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it and even took the time to explain it to my 2 year old. I recommend this place nothing felt rushed and my kids were not traumatized!

My 11 year old son previously had a traumatic experience at his prior dentist. He struggles with sensory issues and was terrified and outright refusing to go to a dentist again. But we tried First Smiles, and he was given the VIP treatment. Tara made my son feel so comfortable, relating to him on all of his interests and feelings. She took the time to explain every single step and detail, and laughed and joked with him. Dr. Summer was also so patient, and explained everything to my son in a way he could understand. She, too, laughed and joked with my son, making him feel happy to be there. He was super quick and did a great job. They are a great team and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my son's dental needs. Most importantly, they both gained his trust. This place is so upbeat and friendly. My son even got to choose a treasure from the treasure chest at the end of his visit. If you are deciding between Pediatric dentists, First Smiles is the perfect choice.

We had to travel 2.5 hours because of insurance and after the absolutely wonderful experience we had here will continue to do so! They were phenomenal with my son who is on the spectrum and experiences anxiety with dentists. They went above and beyond to make sure my son’s comfort was their #1 priority! Thank you so much!

Been coming here forever, and never had a bad experience, but our last appointment was exceptional. Tabitha was the kindest, most caring technician (not sure if that’s the correct title- she assisted the dentist. The dentist, dr Weinstein, was also so good with children. Love him! ) My son had a cavity filled, and she was so patient, encouraging, and honestly, loving, I just wanted to hug her and cry. She told me, “I try to treat each patient how I’d want my child to be treated,” and she definitely did. My kid says that his cavity filling appointment was, quote: “the best dentist visit ever.” Wow!!!

My 9 year old has had horrible traumatic experiences with dentist. We had tried this practice previously and it was with a different doctor. They calmed my son down. And he had his work complete with out a meltdown

We have been going to this practice since my 13 year old twins were 3. All of the staff there are just amazing! Dr. Weinstein has been my boy's dentist (13 year old twins and an almost 5 year old) for the past 3 years, since he took over this practice. He is friendly, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. All 3 of my boys like him a lot and so do I! He's such a great dentist!

The dentists and hygienists at First Smiles are AMAZING. My 7 year old has been going here since he was 2 and has always loved the dentist. My 4 year old has a major gag reflex and is a little more skittish but they worked with him so that they could do all dental work without him gagging and even managed to get xrays done!! They're incredibly patient and amazing with kids!

It was my sons first dental visit today, he is 5yrs old non verbal Autistic so he is sensitive to touch sometimes. My son really liked the space he loves fish so he was super happy when he seen they had a fish tank, the staff was really nice and understanding from the moment we walked in. Dr. Weinstein was really patient and helped my son get comfortable with him. So happy we found First Smiles Dental!

We were behind on appointments for my son due to COVID and this was my daughter's first trip. Everyone from reception, hygienists, to the dentist were extremely nice to my kiddos and myself. Was expecting some lectures because we were behind, but everyone was understanding and there was no lecturing. Dr. Weinstein was extremely nice and personable with the kids- he made all of us feel comfortable. My son does have to come back for a filling and because everyone was so kind, I feel 100% confident that they will do a great job when we return.

Dr.Weinstein is a really professional! My son 2y.o had first teeth cleaning. I was worried that he will cry a lot but doctor did it super fast and qualitatively!! At the end of procedure my son got a gift from doctor and some stickers, and was really happy))) Dr explained me everything and gave recommendations!! All staff is very friendly and positive! Office is nice and super clean! Highly recommended as first dental experience for your kids!

I was very pleased with our recent visit. My son is very afraid of needles and has sensory issues. He needed to have a cavity filled and the staff was so great! They took the extra time before the appointment to walk me through the process and options and answered all my questions so that I was able to prepare my son for the procedure. The staff also did an awesome job of talking my son through the procedure and kept him calm the whole time! They definitely turned a potentially horrible experience into a positive one for my son! My 3 year old had to get some work done and we were not sure how she would do during the procedure. Dr. Weinstein and the staff were very patient with her. They encouraged her along the way. She was able to pick out stickers and something from the treasure box when done. We will be going back for future visits.

The whole team at First Smiles is First Rate! My daughter has a whole lot of anxiety regarding her dental care and has had to have some unfortunate work done recently and we just had a wonderful experience. Dr. Weinstein, Samantha and Ana were all fantastically patient and understanding and did a great job trying to calm her down and explain each step as she has a need to understand each part of the procedures; what they’re going to do and tools they use. Ana was especially patient and entertained her chattiness about various topics while trying to complete her first cleaning. Thank you all for doing an amazing job with kiddos that are nervous! You are so appreciated!

Amazing staff. Dr Younger has been treating our son ( who has a severe disability ) for many years and our other 4 children. We have been so grateful to have a dentist who is so caring and invested in her patients. I would recommend this practice to anyone - they would be equally as impressed as we are.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I now bring my child here and as another am very happy with the care we receive. The staff is all so friendly and tries to make the experience a good one for my child. Definitely recommend First Smiles

Listen, my kid was terrified to go to the dentist due to past bad experiences. He was crying in the car because he didn't want to go. He got there and seen the fish tank just like in finding Nemo and that helped him calm down a bit. When it was time for him to go in and get xrays done, let me just say Monica was soooo patient and kind. She seen he was starting to cry and got down on his level and walked him through the steps, amazing! He was also terrified to lay back in the chair, again she showed him what she was going to go, let him feel the tools and reassured him multiple times. Dentist came in and he was great with him, my son normally wouldn't open him mouth because he was thinking they were going to pull a tooth but he was able to get in there, count his teeth and use tools! I am very pleased that they took the time and helped him be brave! Thank you so much!

My first grader is terribly fearful. The staff in this office have the most patience I have ever seen, far beyond my own mommy magic! They didn’t rush or pressure her, explained everything they did before they touched her, earning her trust and providing comfort! There are not enough praises for our experience there! The dentist is fast and did an amazing job!

Dr. Younger & staff are very comforting and shows great patience with my little one who is not a fan of going to the dentist. Dr. Younger and the team member were taking the time to ease her anxiety and ended up having the best visit yet! I also appreciated the front desk called me prior to the appointment to remind me my dental insurance had changed, saved us time once we arrived.

We absolutely love it here! They really are the nicest team we have ever been to. We have always had great experiences here but today made it even better. It was my daughters birthday and they gave her a special goody bag and the whole office came together and sang for her! Truly amazing!
