This place is amazing!! We take our kids a few times a year and they absolutely love it! The selections are great and the nostalgic candy takes me back to my childhood. The hours are convenient and the owners are just as nice as can be! A unique and top-notch place!

Sweetie me has always been Amazing. Multiple times I have Shown up with kids when not even open and the nice short gentleman behind the counter has always opened the store! Highly recommend!

This is a far cry from the small town candy shop a big city gal like me imagined. While the prices aren't quite as high as Dylan's Candy Bar, they are closer to the candy stores you see in shopping malls than an old-fashioned neighborhood store. What you get here that you don't get in those shops is personalized service. Not to mention the fact that the owner was without a doubt the nicest guy we encountered on our little road trip from the burbs of Chicago to Galena! All in all, quite an impressive candy shop, especially for a small town like Lena.

This is THE BEST shop in Lena!!! The owners are great!! The selection of retro candy and gifts is AMAZING!!! IT'S A MUST FOR ANYONE LIVING IN LENA, NEAR LENA, FAR FROM LENA OR JUST PASSING THROUGH!!!! Such an awesome addition to our little village!! You won't be disappointed!! Plus, on a hot day, stop by the walk up window for a smoothie or snow cone!!!! Seriously....... A must on anyone's list!!
