It was a pleasure working with Joe. Got a great deal with my auto insurance for over half less than what I was paying with lower deductible. Home Insurance stayed about the same as I was paying but I did check around and other places were much higher. Very glad that I decided to get quotes from him. And he explained everything in detail so I knew what I was getting.

Insurance agent, Gretchen at Bussian Insurance was absolutely outstanding! I needed to get a homeowners insurance quote, and I also wanted to get my vehicle insurance switched to a lower rate (if possible). Gretchen was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. She made the entire process stress-free and seamless. I was previously under a mainstream insurance company where my coverage seemed very high. Gretchen found me new car insurance with the same coverage, but $80 less per month. My previous 6 month insurance premium cost was cut in half!
