Local restaurant with great food! We were in the area visiting and found this gem. It is managed by two really nice ladies and you can tell all the locals go there because of their hospitality. The breakfast was really good, pancake was huge and delicious! It is a bit tricky to find but it’s right across the school

This place is a hidden gem. We came from out of town and are happy we came across this local spot. Everything we ate was delicious. It is cash only but the prices are very reasonable.

Great food, homemade bread & strawberry jam, reasonable prices! Always make it a point to stop in for a meal when we're in the area! Owners & staff are wonderful!

Great food and awesome service, not overly priced. I left my cell phone there and the owner dropped it off at our motel which was so nice.

We just had breakfast it was so delicious! We went back everyday until we had to head back home from our mini UP vacation. The staff and the locals made us feel welcome. PS you had me with your homemade bread toast and homemade jam!

Went with family for breakfast before hitting the trails and im so glad we did! It was friendly, clean, and the best breakfast I have ever had! Huge portions and homemade strawberry jam and bread was so delicious!!

A quaint spot to sip some smooth coffee, while you read some hilarious signage around the bar, and wait for the delicious food.
We enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and a Bacon Cheese Burger, both came on an amazing bun with hot crispy fries.
And we didn't regret taking home a Buffalo Chicken Wrap along with Cheese Curds and a bowl of their Beef Stroganoff Soup du jour.
A great place to check out if you are hungry in this area.

Delicious!!!! Everything was soooo good, from the perfectly cooked omelette, to the homemade toast with homemade strawberry jam. Just can’t be beat. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Going to buy some of their jam to take home. Great place to eat!

I can't say enough good things about this establishment. They were packed. There apparently was a winter event happening near by that they were unaware of. There was one waitress...that's it! You would have never known it!! I watched her run around and take great care of all the customers in the restaurant, answer the phone everytime it rang, ring people up, deliver food to tables, wipe down tables, clean up messes....she did everything but cook!! The food was DELICIOUS!! Order anything on the menu, you can't go wrong. I loved the biscuits and gravy and the French toast. The garbage omelet and the dumpster platter were delicious as well....yes that's the name on the menu...it's a fun place. They have wi-fi as well!! Cash or check only...we had to drive to the ATM to get money but would do it 100 times to eat there.

My family absolutely loves this restaurant! It's clean, well taken care of, and the food is really good. They welcome families and have sippy cups, toddler silverware, and potty seats in their bathrooms. I have never been to another restaurant that provides any of those things. They have easily accommodated our large family get-togethers and the food always comes out in a timely matter. It is cash or check only, so make sure you come prepared. There is an ATM nearby if needed. Stop by if you're in the area, you won't regret it!!

Food was awesome! Service was great!. I need to give a Big shout out and Thank you again! To the man that delivered my snowmobile vest (I forgot at resturant). He stated he overheard we needed gas, he went to closet station and there we were!!!. Thanks again.

Very very very, good homemade soups, desserts, and Bread. Also this place has awesome food and very affordable I would suggest stopping in here for anyone who is going through the area as well as people who live by the area the owners are very hard working people and need to raise their prices on the menu that's about the only thing I would change is the prices cause you can't even get fast food for that cheap other then that I have nothing bad to say or complain about they are awesome here

Very clean, friendly, and serving a good variety of delicious food. I had eggs, rye toast, crispy bacon, coffee, and a helping of pancake. Even the bathroom was spotless! Highly recommend.

We're from Kalamazoo, and we really love this place!
