The best Self-Storage facility in the entire Traverse City area. John was a great help and they kept the lanes plowed and shoveled during the Winter so I could actually get into my unit. I've had to wait for the snow to melt at other facilities (or shovel myself), so that alone makes this place the best.

Beautiful, brand new, clean. What more can anyone want! We rented a 10 x 20 unit, and it is huge! Plenty of space for all of our stuff without having to cram it in.

Nothing bad to say! I had a very good experience here. I rented a unit to put my apartment furniture until I was able to get a new place. It was there for a year untouched and I was shocked when I moved my things and there wasn’t a single bug. No spider webs, no ants, no dead flies, not one bug. I don’t know if they spray or not but the relief I felt when I finally got to move my furniture into my new place and I knew with certainty that I wasn’t bringing bugs with me was immense. The owner always answers his phone and is kind. The grounds/units are also clean too. Everything looks brand new. Also there are climate controlled units but I got a regular one and my furniture stayed dry and undamaged throughout the whole winter. My cardboard boxes did warp a little but my things inside remained untouched. I now live a half hour away but if I need storage again I would make the drive just to rent here again instead of in town.

This storage facility is PRISTINE and SECURE. The owner, John, has excellent security protection measures/equipment in place for when he is not on property - so I feel my stored items are very secure. Clean and dry are two key words I would use to describe 4 Seasons Storage. I have been there for about a year now (Four Seasons) and my belongings have no moisture/water damage, no rodents, no insects - and the grounds are immaculate. John is very prompt and available as an owner/landlord, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. I started with a 10 x 30, and now downsized to a 10 x 15.

4 Seasons is awesome! We store our camping trailer there (indoors in fall/winter, outdoors in spring/summer) and have had a fantastic experience. The property is safe, impeccably maintained, and easy to access. John is wonderful to work with and the pricing is perfect for our budget. We give it our highest recommendation!

Love 4 seasons storage! I have been with them since the beginning! I needed a place to put my stuff and they were there! They even let me change my size of storage easy when I needed to down size! Always really understanding when you pay a few days late as long as you just tell them what’s going on!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Great storage facility! I was met by the owner on very short notice and was assigned a space for my RV. My account was set up in just minutes and I was on my way. The storage area is secure and always immaculately maintained. We could not ask for a better place to store our property.

Storage unit availability goes in cycles in Interlochen, and I happened to be looking during the peak season. Even though they were sold out when I called, they followed up later that same day when someone canceled their contract. The place is very clean, customer service is great, and the location is convenient. My only negative would be there is no light inside the unit. I would definitely recommend.

John is a great owner of this storage facility. He is very easy accessible and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Storage facility is extremely clean. Just recently moved back to the area and very happy to have my belongings here. Thanks John

super kind and professional~i wasn’t sure what size storage unit we needed and the advice i received was spot on!!!
Clean, large unit with two entry doors making it easy to access the overflow of multiple combined households(so when the “kids” come home they can access AND sort through all the “stuff” they “didn’t leave” at home) and we can sort our “stuff” and figure out what we really “need”.
