B & B Hardware Do it Best

We're so lucky to have this excellent store in our little town. If they don't have what you need, they can order it for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Miss the little hometown hardware store!! This place is it. Staff..as soon as you walk inside they greet you with a smile. Check to see if you know where to look or need help. The rest you would have to know what it's like to understand. So, go visit if you're in the area and need some hardware stuff.

Very well stocked hardware store. Way above average. I was a carpenter for 30 years and I've seen my share of hardware stores. This is a very good one. It has the details covered. Lots of well organized hardware to solve challenging problems. Very helpful staff, as well.

There's another hardware store about 5 miles from me. I drive to B&B instead, which is twice as far, because it is so much better.

B&B is fantastic. I have stopped in for the most bizarre items and they always have them. But what I appreciate most is their customer service - they are knowledgeable and friendly, and you don’t have to go looking for staff. They always ask me if I have found what I’m looking for and it isn’t a drive by question, they really are there to help you. When you are stopping in with children in tow and you are anxious to get back out… this is the best kind of customer service!

Smart helpful staff. My wife wakled in with broken plumbing part and there was someone waiting to help. Took her right to the isle handed her the replacement part. Friendly and helpful.

This store still has all the best parts of a real old fashioned hardware store. They have recently built a new modern building and expanded their sales floor but don't seem to have lost anything.
Today is a good example, I needed some gas pipe cut and threaded. This isn't something that can be "good enough" it has to be right. This store has highly skilled employees not just clerks. Their prices aren't bad either although they don't carry many of the cheapest kinds of tools. You know the ones designed to only be used once.

My husband loves coming here for things he needs...very friendly store and it's organized!

Very helpful. My items were ready when I arrived at the store. I have visited here in the past and they have always been great. The prices are reasonable and competitive. I would recommend. Update: If I can't find it at Ace or Family Farm I go here. Still very helpful and most of the time they have what I need.
