I received my new Subaru Forester at Subaru By The Bay. The sales person Jeff, was very helpful he explained everything before the purchase and when my Forester arrived at the dealership he showed me how everything worked inside and outside of the vehicle. I'm very happy and appreciate the service at Subaru By The Bay. I just love my new Forester!

I drove down from Ontario Canada as this was the closest dealer to me. I went down for an issue with our connective to our Subaru app as well as an oil change. I can not express how well the service went here! The staff was great and made sure that I was comfortable and were very attentive to making sure what the exact issue was and that it was resolved. The staff didn't even know that I had driven down for the day just for this but they had me in and out of there in 45 mins. Exceptional service and will be recommending this dealership to all other Subaru owners in my area!

This Subaru dealership is one of the reasons you want to buy a Subaru. I was on a roadtrip and suddenly had an engine warning light come on w codes I didn't understand. Dalton fixed it in a matter of minutes and I was on my way... Excellent customer service, couldn't be better. Go there.

We have been searching for a BRZ for a long time and happened to stumble across this one on the dealership's website. We live two and a half hours away, so we couldn't just drive on over to get it. Our salesperson, Jeff, was PHENOMENAL!! He truly went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and made the process the most seamless in our entire experience of ever buying cars!! We were able to reserve the car during our call on a Tuesday, between Wednesday - Friday, Jeff worked hard to ensure that all the paperwork and financing was taken care of, and on Saturday, we made the drive up, signed the paperwork, and had a day trip in the town over.

From what I observed, it is very professional, clean and organized.

Their prices were fair, their cars were clean, and the approach was very customer friendly. Of the 9 cars of purchased over time this was the best experience by far and I never felt like just a another sale.

I purchased a Crosstrek from Subaru by the Bay recently and I found it to be an easy and enjoyable experience. The salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly, understanding of my needs and questions, and great to talk to. Carolyn helped me every step of the way and I found her to be a great person to talk to. I didn't feel as though she was pressuring me to buy something I didn't want or need, but simply giving me the facts on the vehicle and letting me come to my own conclusion. I generally find car salespeople to be off putting, but she was a delight. The owner of the dealership was nice too. Subaru's are great cars and this is a well run business that I recommend checking out when you need a new car.

Subaru By The Bay's service department was top notch for us. They performed a recall repair in record time and even discovered that our burned out headlight was covered by an extended warranty. The staff was pleasant, polite and very business oriented. The waiting room was clean, decorated for comfort and provided coffee, drinks and snacks.
