These guys bent over backwards to fix My tire. Had to find one then had to fix the rim. I really did not care about the cost, just needed it done to get to an appointment. When I went to pay the charge was $54.00! Made the appointment. What a blessing. There is a God and there are good people in this world.

We were stranded out on a highway with a flat tire on our dump trailer and after calling around, they were the only ones willing to make the trip out to us to replace our tire and bring us an extra one for the road- all after their closing hours. Driving from Virginia was all smooth sailing until my tire exploded near Anthony - I was shaken up and was super worried about being almost in the middle of nowhere on a state border. Put on my spare and drove to Franklin Tire Shop after seeing the reviews. There were some locals there who were extremely friendly and helpful and were friend's of the shop owners, and helped me square away details. The shop folks were super quick, honest, and zero bs and got me a new set of pretty solid quality tires for a decent price and I was on my way. 10/10 would recommend - honest, fast, kind and friendly.

My wife and I were traveling from Birmingham AL to Los Angeles CA (including a quick stopover in San Antonio TX) when on a Saturday afternoon my right rear tire completely exploded while at top speed on I-10. After limping off I-10, chatting with the NM State Trooper, and driving up the entry ramp, I wandering through the truck stop seeking help. A truck repair guy told me he couldn't help but pointed me down the curvy road into the neighborhood where I found Franklin Tire Shop. Well, thinking I was in a bad spot and wondering if it was just going to get worse, somewhere in a pile of used tires they found a used low-profile tire to fit my MBZ E500. They changed out the tire and were also able to help me reset my load-leveling ride system which had completely deflated where the tire exploded. So I went from "this could be the worst experience of all time (stuck in nowhere TX-NM-MX with my wife holding on calmly)" to paying $45 and driving non-stop to Los Angeles from that point. I must admit I did ask Jesus for some Grace and Mercy, and I got it. I'm grateful to the crew at Franklin Tire Shop for solving my problem.

Just passing through with a loaded 5×8 trailer, needed a tire fixed, they came and got me, fixed my tire in no time. Very nice, fair, good people.
