Mower County Housing Authority

The Mower County Housing Authority is the best! Renae was so helpful to us in getting my father in law into a very nice and comfortable place to live. He was in a tough spot and she really helped him transition easily into the new apartment. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless and quite spacious. He has made some new friends and is in a clean and safe environment with people around. We couldn’t be happier. Many thanks to the MCHA and Renae!!

Very professional management. Continual building improvements. Organized residential social opportunities that help to build community and increase security.

They don’t maintain their buildings. Renae is very unprofessional and rude. I did everything by law and she has ruined the friendliness of Mower county HRA. They definitely need Lori back. Renae even illegally cashed a rent check post dated….

These people are frauds. Renae didn’t do anything when I lived in Rose Creek. She had moldy walls and carpet and wouldn’t fix anything. I moved in missing a shower head and had to buy my own. She is now trying to charge me over a 1000 dollars of damage that wasn’t done by me. I guess I won’t work or pay income taxes because I don’t owe anything to this slumlord
