In 2017, I was doing a cross country trip on my Honda XR65L (I know it probably wasn't the best choice of bike) when the piston seal broke and leaked oil into the upper part of the engine, resulting in a seized engine. I was towed to Trimbles and was met by Scott, one of the owners. He was extremally professional and friendly. He went as far as to let me borrow his shop truck to get to a motel, while he checked out my bike. The engine needed a rebuild and the piston was shot. He mentioned it could be 6 days but he got it done it four. Engine was re-bored and a new piston was installed. I could not say thank you enough. The engine then went on to do about 8,000 miles over the course of those following 2 months, so its safe to say the work was done right.

Over the years, I have collected a building full of machinery from Trimble's...from a snowblower to a Gold WIng and everything in between. These are fantastic people to work with from sales to service. I live 250 miles away and they still earn my business, time after time. Keep up the excellent work, guys!

Picked up a new crf50 for my kids this spring at Trimble's. Due to the supply chain issues inventory was hard to find and the dealers around the twin cities seemed to be over-priced if they had any. Called Trimble's as one of the last Honda dealers and to my surprise they were the most competitive on price so I decided to drive over 2 hours the next day to pick one up. Compared to the fancy exterior of the mega dealers it might be a shock when you drive up, but I was so impressed with the experience I wanted to share my thoughts. Worked with the owner Jeff and he was super nice to me and my two little kids. Even though we were buying the cheapest bike they have he made us feel important and even showed us around the shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy and it's exactly the type of business we need to support. They have a long history with Honda, and I hope they can continue that. Completely made my kids day on the long road trip picking up the new toy and will be a great memory when they are older.

I was stuck on the road 1800 miles from home. Jeff and Scott got my bike into the service department (Scott is the service manager) the next morning. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed overnight and had me on the road that next day. It is the best service and treatment I have ever had, these guys rock!

Although they are a motorcycle place, they do service cars also. It was quick and thorough

This is the best place in Austin to get your gasoline at. Not only do they pump it for you, but they're also friendly in the process. They answer minor questions with complete, and accurate honesty. Jeff is the sweetest guy, and always a pleasure to work with.
