Surprising amount of attention put into the layout and selection in this store. It is very easy to navigate both the gas pumps and the interior of the store as well and never feel crowded. Arguably the best drink selection in 20 minutes drive. Great fundamentals.

My husband and I were passing through and decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. I have to say, there California burger and mushroom swish burger are absolutely excellent. I haven't had that good of a burger in years. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent also

Stopped on the way home from Alexandria because we where hungry and still had a more than an hour to get home. So we gave Hub 71 a try and we where pleasantly surprised with a nice clean restaurant with good food and service at a reasonable price! Well done!!

I don't normally give 5 stars but this place earned it. We were staying at an area lake and stopped by on the way back from trying to find something to do in the middle of the day. Prices are reasonable and food was really good. After bad meals elsewhere (Zorbazzzzz) we made a second 40 minute drive back just to have a good lunch. We arrived as 4 other groups did and the poor waitress was really moving. She seemed by herself out front but I could hear a couple voices in the Kitchen. Even so, she still got orders, drinks and food out fast and the food was cooked to perfection so Kudos to both her and the cook.
A prior poster mentioned high prices. 6 bucks for a BLT with fries is high?? Have ya been to Zorbas? Side note on the fries. I shouldn't be eating fries. They give a large portion and they aren't greasy, soggy, cold, or taste like fish. I ate all of them and felt guilty. My bad.

Most of the time the HUB has the best gas prices around. And for meals on the go,try the deli.But if you have time to unwind and relax, walk over to the other side and have a seat.PS, try the wester Burger or grab a Philly cheesesteak!

Food was delicious and creative... service was excellent and the ambience was calming, listening to country music playing, and savoring the flavors and the moment.
