My experience was great! Don't freak out about the other reviews, my examiner was great! He cracked some jokes, and made me feel at ease at the beginning, which was very helpful as this was my second test. He told me neither of the instructors that people think are mean work there anymore. I think this is a great place to take your driver's test, just be aware of the roundabouts and one way street. I passed just fine after being terrified about it for weeks!

Excellent customer service! Everyone that we encountered at this location was so helpful and friendly. Coming from the cities where everything is so rushed, it was nice to have people who took the time to help us and answer our questions. I would highly recommend the driving instructors as well as the team in the license office. Thank you!

Slow at times you only check or cash

i came here to take my road test two times (which was my biggest mistake) and i failed both times because of the littlest things. both of the test administrators i had were very kind, but they will not let anything slide. the first time i took the test, there was at least 8 inches of snow on the ground. i drove two hours in a snowstorm to take my test. the reason i failed that one was because the instructor gave me unclear directions to pull forward into a church, and to this day i still have no idea what they wanted me to do. the instructor started like full on SCREAMING because i was pulling into the building they told me to, even though i had the right of way and there were no cars coming on the road i was crossing. the visibility was awful so 90 degree backing in was a pain, and i failed because of my 90 degree back in and because of an error the instructor made. on my second test here, i knew the instructor had my best interests in mind, but they will never take it easy on you. at this point, my vision was worse than the last time i had tested, and the instructor told me that there were signs that i didn't read. the reason i failed this time was because i took TOO LONG on my 90 degree back in. if there wasn't some sort of time limit, i would have passed. again, the instructors have your best interests in mind, and even on my third test the instructor laid out some things i need to work on, some techniques to improve, tips and tricks, and so on. everyone there was very friendly, but will fail you for stupid mistakes. they are so unforgiving, don't expect to pass a road test here. they are very picky and if you hesitate on anything, basically its an automatic fail. there's always availability, but never EVER schedule here. i've taken the road test three times and wasted two times here.

Awful experience. The instructor was rude and decided to fail me when I drove 2 hours to get to the DMV and he failed me for not yielding on 1 intersection when the car was at least 30 yards from me. That was my 1 mistake. He still failed me. No sympathy.
