Erickson Marine

I have purchased 3 boats from 3 different boat dealers. Erickson Marine is now the only one I will bring my business too!

I had money put down on a boat at a different dealership but was getting frustrated with them. I went to the recent boat show to talk with them but it didn't go very well so I left that booth somewhat frustrated.

As my wife and I were walking around, we saw some pontoons we really liked so stop to take a look (Erickson Marine boat displays). I talked with the sales person who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, zero pressure, all they did was provide information. I was so impressed by the people, and the pontoon, that we went back, canceled our order with the other dealer and bought from Ericksons.

We bought a new pontoon and requested some special upgrades. Ericksons was so accommodating even when my wife and changed our minds a few times.

It was a great experience, and we absolutely LOVE our new boat!

These guys are absolutely amazing! Bought our new boat from them last year and their service/support has been absolutely amazing. Had a very last minute issue before heading out of town with the boat and Scott got us in right away. Jason was our tech and did an absolutely amazing repair job and was very helpful in diagnosing and explaining the issue. These guys are great! Don’t think I’ll ever buy another boat from anywhere else!!

We have been working with the Erickson Family for many years and have always received great customer service. This past weekend we were experiencing issues (User Error), Luke was at the boat lift in no time to assist with this issue and spent time teaching us for future reference.

For this reason, I will always recommend the Erickson's and will continue to do business with them. Best in the boating business!

My husband and I are looking for a pontoon. He was quite helpful. You can't beat the Barletta pontoons for how they are built by the looks of them and watching YouTube videos on how different brands are built.
They really look amazing and unique. They'll stand out.
If we would decide to buy from here, I already feel very comfortable that we would be treated right. Sometimes, you just get a good vibe on your first encounter at a business.

Excellent customer service still exists!

After a bad experience with another business, we were referred to Erickson Marine for winter storage and servicing. Wow, what a difference. From the time we pulled up, Scott and the service team were great. They clearly described the options, communicated well over the winter, and went above and beyond to have us ready for the water in the spring!

For our family's very first boat purchase, Erickson Marine was wonderful to deal with. It was relatively intimidating to walk into a boat dealership for the very first time, but Cris made us feel very comfortable. We live over an hour from Hastings, but Cris was (and is still) very prompt to respond to any questions. Thank you for our Crownline, EM! We have made a handful of memories this summer, and will make many many more!

Chris and the team at Erickson are great to deal with. If your in MN and going to buy a boat I recommend them. Great sales staff and great service for when your boat needs it.

The sales team went over and above to locate the boat we wanted, make arrangements with the dealership that had it in inventory, and get it delivered in perfect condition. A few minor adjustments necessary which were ordered the same day and remedied as soon as they arrived. Their service dept listens and everyone chimes in to help out. It's a great feeling. Well done and keep up the great salesmanship and service.

I’ve been a customer of Erickson Marine for several years. From my experience it doesn’t matter if you are servicing a 20+ year boat or upgrade to one of their new Crownlines. They are exceptional! Great service and employees who truly care about their customers.

Iv'e bought boats from various dealers in the Twin Cities for years. Usually, the customer service level drops down to "nothing" after they get your check. Erickson Marine is quite different. They have a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They value you as a customer and take care of you even after the sale.
I've had my boat in several times for some hull and lower unit repair. Scott Engen the service manager is phenomenal. He makes sure he takes care of you in a very timely fashion so your boat isn't tied up all summer.
All I got was the run around with some of these other boat dealerships....Not with Erickson.

I had a '05 Crownline with some serious problems and we brought it to Erickson and they were amazing!!! Dealt mostly with Scott in service and he kept in touch with me and kept me updated EVERY step of the way!!! All the staff was really wonderful and we now have a boat with a new motor that runs great!!!! Thanks so much to Scott and all of Erickson Marine. We will definitely be bringing things back if we need service!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

As first time boat owners, we went into the process with a lot of questions and concerns. Working with Cris Grogan and Erickson Marine, all of our concerns were put at ease, as he helped us from picking the specs of the boat all the way to delivery and walk through. We had a great experience at Erickson Marine. I was lucky enough to find a Tritoon that is a perfect fit for my growing family. It is a top of the line boat and we had top of the line service answering our questions in the showroom and on our lake. We're sticking with Erickson.

It has been over 30 years since my last visit to EM. The guys at the service counter where great. They didn't have the part i needed, but still took time to help point me in an alterative direction that worked out great. These guys where "old school" parts guys and could draw on lots of years of experience. I credit to EM staff for sure.

Scott helped us buy our Glastron! Amazing used boat at an amazing price. Process was easy and he went above and beyond to show us the features and all the cool on it. Have had the boat many times now and it's awesome! Will be back.

Just bought our second boat from here. Niecy is amazing and helped us each time with our purchase. But it didn't stop after we bought the boat..any questions I had I knew I could call and count on her even if it was after hours or the weekend. Definitely family like feeling the second you walk in the door. And unlike most sales places this place and everyone here are very honest people!! Niecy knew exactly what I wanted in the second boat and I cant wait until spring to get on the water!! This is our forever boat place..

Erickson Marine is Awesome! We worked with Jon Erickson to buy a Barletta Tri-toon for our family. (We love it!) Jon was super friendly and honest, and he spent a ton of time helping us find the right pontoon for our family's needs.
