They did a really nice job with my dad's service. This was my first time planning a funeral and they made it so easy. Jeff was very upfront and honest about everything. Jeff and the staff provided a wonderful caring experience. Jeff is very caring and does a great job. I am very grateful for everything he did for me and my family when my wife passed away. He really cares about taking care of all aspects of his work. He handled many things that I wouldn't have a clue about. I felt that he genuinely cared and handled things very well. Thank Jeff.

I chose Volzke funeral home for my mom because they have taken care of my sister and both my grandparents and mom graduated with the original owner. When someone passes I am always nervous to view them because generally they never look like the loved one you knew. When we went to see mom on 9-26-21 I was honestly shocked as to how much she looked like herself.She was beautiful as always,and looked so peaceful. THANK YOU JEFF for being so kind and understanding...You will never know how much that means to be that mom was just as beautiful in death as she was in life..

Jeff treated us with kindness and respect. We never felt that we were being up sold. He was completely honest with the cost of everything down to the obituary. Jeff and his team did an amazing job helping our family navigate every step of the process. He offered different Ideas, a wealth of information, and was always willing to help.

Jeff is compassionate, caring and went above and beyond what I was expecting. A year after a good friend passed, his wife still couldn’t afford to pay for his headstone/memorial. I offered to pay two thirds of it directly to Volzke Funeral Home. Jeff was super easy to talk to and he reassured me that he would do what was necessary to make things work out. A year later I contacted Jeff and learned that the wife, who was also a good friend, still hadn’t contributed any more to paying for the headstone. I was very frustrated and couldn’t understand why she didn’t make this a priority but Jeff was very gracious towards her in our conversation. Almost a full three years since his passing and two years since I sent in my check (from out of state), Jeff sent me a text to notify me that my friend’s memorial was set that morning. He also included pictures of the front and back for me to see. The memorial is gorgeous. Jeff taking the time to send me (someone who lives half way around the country) a notification when it was all finished is even more touching and precious. Thank you for caring about the living as much as you do for their loved ones who have passed.

They talked about Jesus more than the person who died. I don't think they even took the time to learn about the person who died. They would say she would say things that she would never say. Didn't even ask if anyone wanted to speak. And then when it was done they hurried us out of there. Someone working there left as soon as the first person walked through the door and got mad when he had to wait on someone else to drive out of the parking lot. They obviously only cared about the money.
