LOVED this place! So friendly, great feel in the office, they really care. Honest, upfront and I even got to see my xrays!!!

Do not go there. The place does not have updated equipment and it's rundown. They have an old dental x-ray machine that doesn't even stay in place unless they hold it. When I spoke with Dr. Roma about options from my dental insurance for a filling, he lied and said resin was completely covered and it's not covered at all. My husband and I ended up losing $282 to this crook. If it had just been a mistake he should have dropped the cost when my dental insurance company called him to see if he could work with me. Also, good luck making an appointment because they NEVER answer the phone or call another number you leave. They never answered my calls when I questioned their charges either. Beware! I work in the veterinary field and I would not trust him with my dog.

Let me tell you, I have never experienced a person more rude in my life. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, unless you want him to belittle you either to your face or behind your back. As a "professional," I have never experienced someone as terrible as this dentist.

I had a crown done several years ago, it did not fit, it was a horrible fit, oversized and he put it on anyway. He doesn't make his crowns in house. I would not recommend this dentist. I didn't understand how it should have been done until I went elsewhere

Went here after making an appointment a month and a half ago. A woman answered and made the appointment for feb 9th at 9am. We got there as the doctor said we weren’t on his schedule and asked to make sure we weren’t Christina (and said the last name), I’m pretty sure that was a HIPPA violation. Then when we said we needed to get in he said that my wife was getting upset. She said that she was upset but was trying to figure out when we could come back in and said he wouldn’t set anything up for us. He got up and told us that he would refer us to someone else after trying to make us look like fools. He was dressed like a homeless man in boots that looked like they still had cow poop on them. He was a big man and ended up pushing us out the door where there was a huge pile of ice that we had to be carful not to fall on. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was dark and almost like a scary movie. He never apologized and said that he wouldnt take any new patients without his receptionist there. So dont worry we won’t be back and we will spread the word that we wouldn’t trust our animals with you. I just wish I would have gotten out my video while this was going on. No one should be treated like this!!!
