We purchased our first spa from Johnson's and they could not have made it an easier and pleasant experience. The sales team answered all of our questions and was always available. The delivery team walked us through the set up and maintenance and was a pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend this business enough for all of your pool and spa needs.

Very helpful staff and always has what we need. I love that they keep an account of all our pool info so we don't have to keep track. The rewards program is pretty nice as well.

Just took delivery of my new Nordic retreat SE everything went so smooth. delivery was on time, seamless and easy.!!! Delivered at 11:00 a.m. up and running at 5:00 p.m. Thanks to the hole staff!!!! Can't wait to start relaxing after work in this tub.

Awesome staff. We came to get a ton of wood pellets and the staff literally helped me hand load every bag into my truck. Highly recommended. We even saved a ton by buying more. Great offers. We are not rich so we are greatly appreciative. Camer here again this year 2023, same great staff and attitude.

They are always so helpful and do a thorough analysis of your water. Their stock of supplies is amazing. But the best part is that they always take care of you. I don’t even live in Owego and yet I have them service my pool.

We had the best experience here. Audra helped us from the second we walked in the door. We easily took up two hours of her time asking questions and getting hot tub demonstrations. She helped us pick out exactly what we wanted and even let us customize colors. She was up front and honest about how long it would take for the hot tub to ship and arrive at our house. There were no surprises and everything went as planned. Once the hot tub was delivered my husband called the store with several more questions but the girl who answered the phone was pleasant and answered everything. He said he didn’t feel like he was bothering her at all. The last thing that happened really knocked it out of the park for us. A week after the hot tub was delivered we received a small package in the mail from Johnson’s. It was a thank you package with some smaller gifts. It’s really nice to know that they care and haven’t forgotten about us. I highly recommend this store. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the best experience with Johnson’s in the removal of my old hot tub and purchase and delivery of a new Nordic hot tub.

Firstly they were one of the only hot tub dealers who actually had stock, others were quoting me 6-12 months out delivery dates.

I am glad I ended up going with them as well due to the care and personal touches I received with my delivery. I had my hot tub delivered in exactly 2 weeks, and the whole process of planning the delivery and removal of my old tub was seamless. I feel confidant that I can also use them for service if I ever need to! Highly recommended

This place is absolutely awesome. Had to pick up a new filter housing for a 29 year old hottub. The people here knew exactly what I needed just from a vague description over the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and would recommend them to anyone.

I love how very knowledgeable and friendly the staff are there. This is my first year owning a pool and they were able to give me a free run-down on how to fix any issues I had. Just bring a water bottle sized sample and they will check you out on the spot. Plenty of variety of products and even special order available. I will be gladly going back to see them throughout the pool season.

If they don't have what you need, they'll order it. Fast & Reliable! Staff was friendly & very helpful! Prices are great too! We'll definitely recommend to others ;)
