This B&B and the town of Owego will touch your heart and soul. Brie and Matt are absolutely phenomenal and the entire property is loaded with charm and history. From arrival to departure your entire experience is going to be fantastic. The rooms are all designed beautifully. The main room and piano bar are a fantastic place to unwind and chat with guests or the owners! Breakfast is delivered to your door at the time if your choosing and it is AMAZING! Great location to stay and walk through town exploring or to drive out and see some of the other sites. Please don't forget the views of the river from the porch while enjoying a cocktail either! I definitely wish I could of stayed longer and will definitely return in the future! This place is a gem!

We had a wonderful stay at the Belva Lockwood Inn. The inn exudes charm and hospitality from the moment you step through the door. A truly wonderful experience. Stayed here on our return home after fall foliage road trip. We always try to stay in B&B’s. This is one that we will visit again and again. Brie and Matt are both incredible host. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Brie has endless energy, finding time for guest along with her event planning. Make this a must stay if you plan to pass through this area of New York. You won’t be disappointed .

My 1st time at a B&B and I was not disappointed. The Belva Lockwood Inn is definitely the place to go. Brie & Matt are two of the most sweetest people I have ever met! Breakfast was alway delicious and the bedroom was wonderful and comfy. I will be definitely going back as soon as I can!

Absolutely wonderful. House is gorgeous, right across from the river. Brie and Matt think of everything. No cheap little breakfast out of a box here! Fresh made fare, different each day. Best mattress we have stayed on in awhile. Lovely rooms with the right mix of old with modern convenience. Wish I could give 6 stars...

THIS WAS A HIT! A luxury vacation for a reasonable rate. The breakfasts were phenomenal and all homemade by Brie. The room was always tidy when we came back at the end of the day. Everything you could want a coffee shop, art, antiquing, history, a bar are all just a few steps away. Not to forget that it's right across from the river and has the most beautiful porch. We will absolutely be returning. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Always had hot water. It was beautiful and intimate and special.
My boyfriend and I also opted in for the Honeymoon package just to treat ourselves and Brie made communication a breeze coordinating everything.

Absolutely amazing experience, the owners of the house of so helpful and engaging. Made the stay very pleasant. Local town is very interesting close to many restaurants and stores. Vibrant history worth exploring as welll. Super clean, Homemade Bountiful Breakfast delivered to the room each morning was an iceing on the cake. Would stay again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our weekend at the Belva Lockwood Inn! The charming historic house is beautifully renovated and located just steps to multiple coffee/dining/drink options as well as a river walk nature path. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The Inn’s owners, Brie and Matt, couldn’t have been more gracious and welcoming, even arranging a winery tour complete with transportation for us! Breakfast was fantastic, too. Run don’t walk to the Belva!

I have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before. This was a surprise getaway from my husband for our anniversary. I did not want to leave. The place was amazing. Beautiful older time charm. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was great. The owners were wonderful. I would definitely love to come back. We stayed in the Tioga room overlooking the river. It is a perfect quiet mini getaway in Owego, NY.

Brie and Matt sold us immediately..not only do you get to stay at an incredible beautiful, historically significant, calm + quiet inn, it’s all inclusive drinks, the most delicious breakfast delivered to your door in the morning! Front porch is amazing all day long, AC in room is perfect, and great recommendations on what to do while in the sleepy town. 10/10 would recommend!

Had an INN-CREDIBLE stay at the Belva Lockwood Inn! The owners Brie and Matt were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They provided us with an excellent overview of the inn’s history and shared the story of the amazing Belva Lockwood. As a self-proclaimed germaphobe, I can say I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. We stayed in the spacious Gorman Suite and loved it. Comfy bed, large bathroom, and a cute sitting area. The breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully served. Brie certainly has an eye for detail! The inn itself is located just minutes away from great local restaurants and shops. The owner, Brie, also set up a Finger Lakes wine and brewery tour for our party with Tia’s Wine Wagon and it was an awesome experience! We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to go back to the charming Belva Lockwood Inn!

Made our anniversary and reunion with friends fabulous in every way. Historic house with beautifully refurbished rooms , so much attention to detail, great gormet breakfasts.

Brie and Matt provided the perfect weekend getaway in the coziest town. The Inn is beautiful, comfortable and spacious, and within walking distance to the main attractions in town. Each morning we woke up to a warm, fresh picnic basket breakfast at our door. We look forward to our next visit!

It is a perfect place to feel relaxed and to be treated to very nice amenities like breakfast delivered to our room in a basket. The First Friday Summer Evening Open House was a great way to meet several of the locals too.

Warm and welcoming hosts. It's like traveling back in time, with modern amenities. Included a yummy continental style breakfast, different every day. Far far better than the similarly priced big name hotels in the area. Highly recommend!

Julie and Ike are extremely gracious hosts and made us feel as if we were home throughout our entire stay. They were accommodating with every detail from fresh towels to dinner recommendations; whatever was needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our mornings and evenings relaxing on the front porch. Not to mention the Lovelass room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Looking forward to when we can return again soon.

My company used the Belva Lockwood for some out of town guests and they loved it! The owners are super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are amazing, and the hotel is so beautiful... so many cool details that represent the amazing history of the place. And the food is beyond delicious. They also have a large comfy front porch to utilize on summer evenings. I would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Greater Binghamton area.

The Belva Lockwood Inn is one of the most special places I've had the pleasure to stay in. The house is beautifully restored while still celebrating its historic roots. Ike and Julie could not be more accommodating and friendly hosts. From picnic breakfasts to wine on the veranda, my stay was peaceful and enriching. Highly recommend for those looking for an experience beyond the usual.

Amazing place! Ike and his wife (owners of the place) took the time to take great care of a large group of us, all traveling for work. The hospitality is unbeatable and the care given was nothing short of being like family to them. Would definitely stay here again, without a doubt!
