Comfort Inn Santa Rosa on Route 66

We stayed here for 1 night in April and we would stay again. Despite being right on the highway and close to the freeway it was very quiet. Nice clean room and even a hotel supplied night light in the bathroom area! Hotel staff was wonderful and tried their best to get us the hair dryer that was missing from the room. A great place and we'd recommend it to others.

Me and my aunt stopped here last week and had an amazing experience. From the beginning everything was very accommodating. Parking was plentiful and we were able to get a room quickly. I was especially impressed by the customer service when a staff member offered to walk my aunt to her car when she had to get something from it at night. The employees here show great professionalism and take very good care of the guests. The continental breakfast was delicious! Freshly made omelets and an awesome variety of cereal, waffles, oatmeal and drinks. Excellent hotel and great staff that go above and beyond.

This room was impeccably clean the hotel staff was extremely courteous and professional. I am so happy that we happened upon this place because we were extremely tired needed a good comfortable nights sleep. And that is exactly what we got. I highly recommend this place.

We drove back from TX post-eclipse 2024. We thought we booked the Holiday Inn in Santa Rosa, NM but it was Santa Rosa, CA. So watch out for that!! This was the only place in Santa Rosa, NM with a room, and it was a two room suite: two queens and a trundle bed. Clean hotel, great breakfast. Decent staff.

We booked a room here on our way back from El Paso. I accidentally double booked and the 3rd party booking site was no help to me on processing my refund. I called the hotel and talked with a very nice gentleman named Zack. He went above and beyond to help me in this situation and was more than understanding. During our visit to this hotel the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing 🤩 if we ever travel through Santa Rosa again we will definitely be staying here. Thank you so much Zack for helping our family out

Came during a time when they weren't so busy. Room and facility was all clean. We were accommodated gracefully, which was super nice. We will come again.

I do hope they get the hot tub up and fully functional before our next visit!

First off let me say that Zack is amazing. From the moment we spoke to him to when we arrived he was top notch. Hotel is nice for an older hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

I was plesantly surprised that I had such a comfortable stay. To be honset one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Fast check in. Room was clean. The bed, pillows, and crisp white comforter were so so soooo comfortable. No disturbance from noises on either side of my room. Needless to say I had such an amazing night of SLEEP!
And to top it off durring check out there were 2 polite employess a man and a woman at the front desk they asked me how my stay was and said if you have time the kitchen is still open with free continental breakfast. WOW I must say that was the best continental breakfast that I ever truly enjoyed! The variety of foods were great. They even served delicious hot foods including,
Sausage patties, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. I dont even like eggs lol and they were even delicious they were made with just the right amount of salt. And the texture was perfect as well. My favorite was the 2 kinds of waffles that you make yourself, plain or strawberry. I had both🥰 and Welches cranberryapple juice. My tummy was so delightfully Full when I drove away from there. If I ever travel somewhat in that direction and need to stay in a hotel I will definitely go out of my way to stay at the Santa Rosa Comfort Inn. Thank you Comfort Inn for the plesant stay.

Easy on/off 10. Newly renovated rooms. Quiet, clean comfortable. Service was great and the Silver Moon Cafe is across the street. Highly recommend.

Our room was clean and in good condition. Friendly staff. Hot/cold breakfast in a nice atmosphere. Great location on historic Rt 66. Within a mile from gas, food and the Auto Museum. Would stay here again!

Continental Breakfast is 👏🏾 Amazing 👏🏾! Rooms are super clean and up to date! Would recommend staying here if you are passing through or staying in SANTA ROSA, NM!

Staff was awesome. We hit a pot hole on freeway and needed a place to stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was good

super impressed with how cozy & clean beds and room were... the hot breakfast was plentiful for our all ages family, and huge shout out to kind & friendly front desk help (both a.m. and p.m. were lovely actually!) Our evening tall friend (apologies forgot name!) accommodated us easily & swiftly after a random stop in early evening on our long road trip.. We slept better than have entire trip, and appreciate the amenities and fair price! Thank you for maintaining such a clean relaxed place!

This motel was best in my lifetime to stay at place was very clean staff was extremely friendly definitely will be back in the future

Location is right off the highway, rooms are clean, hotel is quiet. Breakfast is typical with cereal, waffle, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage patty, and not so common biscuits and gravy. Coffee machine let’s you pick which roast you want - mild, medium, or dark. I’ve traveled a lot and haven’t seen that before so I liked that as well. Staff is friendly. Great place to crash for the night and get a warm breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is from 6a-9:30a.

We arrived late in the evening even with reservation did not secure an accessible room on the first floor. The second floor is only accessible via a network of stairs. Being elderly, with a recent knee replacement and having a compound ankle fractures. Unfortunately stairs were not an option. Fortunately Dennica was on duty, the lot indicated that the property was very full. It is obvious she is a caring passionate professional. Thanks to her were able aquire lodging for the night with exactly the accommodations we were looking for. Please share our comments with her, we greatly Appreciate her and her diligence.

Everything is great, including the check in process and the front desk is friendly and professional. My only complaint is weakness of the Internet in my room.

Amazing! Due to car troubles, my husband and I were delayed. My daughter and grandsons arrived ahead of us. They let them get checked in and to the room. The manager even waited to go home until he was sure we had made it. He introduced himself and told me to let him know if we needed anything. The suite was 2 rooms and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and they kept it replenished. Wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!

Made the mistake of getting room at neighbor motel 6. The lady at the counter at comfoet inn was very helpful. I appreciate her effort
