After I posted my original review, I was contacted by one of their team members who apologized for the behavior I encountered. With that being said, action and accountability go a long for me. My original rating was 3 stars, which I changed to 5 stars after being contacted by a team member wanting to make things right.

I recently started using the Route 66 Pharmacy, and typically they get my prescriptions done quickly, and kindly. However, today my experience was different. I spoke with an incredibly rude woman, in regards to how long she thought it would take to fill my prescription, so maybe I could run errands while they were filling it. Anyways, her attitude makes me not want to fill my prescriptions there. I hardly think talking to me in such a rude manner was called for. Unprofessional.

We spent the night in Santa Rosa on our way to Arizona. The following morning we loaded the cars and left...unfortunately our entire box of medications was left behind in the Super 8 parking lot! We thought our medications were gone forever when I received a call from the pharmacist at Route 66 pharmacy. A Good Samaritan had found the box and brought it to the pharmacy. The pharmacist took it upon himself to send the medications to us after calling to let us know they had been found. He went above and beyond his job to insure that we had our pills. Thank you to the Good Samaritan who found the and the wonderful person who sent them to us. These folks are really special. Wishing them many blessings this coming New Year.

I have always been able to count on our local Rt 66 Pharmacy to refill my prescriptions in a timely manner. Also Henna, Christine, Patricia and Ben work hard and are knowledgeable at their jobs. 👍

I spoke with Henna. She seems to be Void of any compassion for the elderly clients that utilize 66 Pharmacy. I was 1 pill short at the end of my prescription. This could have been anyone’s fault. However, when I called to express my concern. I was told that it was my problem and that she would not do Anything At All to remedy the problem. When I called my insurance, I was told they’d have no problem refilling my prescription a day early. I felt her concern or willingness to help was absent to say the least. We in Santa Rosa that have few choices because we’re in a rural area, retired and are on fixed income in this time of our lives. I hope no one else will have to experience the pain or discomfort of being 1 pill short because of 1 disassociated employee that could care less about us unless we are a family member in which case I don’t see the happening.

Got released from hospital went to pick up my prescription for insulin they told me it would be ready in 40 minutes, even though everything is prepackaged and then after waiting there for the full 40 minutes they told me they did not have any of my meds and i would have to take my prescription somewhere else no call no notification as to what was going on a type 1 diabetic and can go without insulin for long instead of telling me right away they didnt tell me until i wasted that 40 minutes and now im on a race against the clock to get my prescription to a pharmacy out of town that will be able to fill it in time if not i will be in back in the hospital by tonight. So unprofessional. This is not a joke to me this is literally my life and health on the line and they just acted like i was there for some Tylenol

It is a pharmacy located inside the hospital.you would never see a sign from the street. It had zero cosmetics, zero hair products, two bottles of hand lotion. It has 6 glass shelves 8"×36 virtually empty. It should disclose it is a place strictly for prescription meds. Nothing more.
