Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa, an IHG Hotel

The hotel staff was wonderful. They treated us and each other like family. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym and the pool and spa were an extra treat! The breakfast had many options. We usually choose the Holiday Inn Express when we travel, but this visit was extra special. THANK YOU!

The front desk clerk, Benito, was just amazing! He made recommandations for dinner, shopping & was even clever enough to make a homemade wine bottle opener! Couldn't have asked for a better stay & never expected such great service!

Best place we've stayed on entire 10 day trip. Clean, attractive, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, most comfortable bed, pillows ,ever. I can't say enough about what a great place this is.
Don't forget to eat at Silver Moon.

We had two dachshunds with us no problem. Also saw Tesla chargers in the parking lot. Something for all. We would stay here again.

Stay here frequently on our trips back and forth between western New Mexico and east Texas. Always clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Typical Holiday Inn breakfast!

I gave this hotel 5 stars because the room was clean, the breakfast was great, the bed comfortable, the shower was nice and there was plenty of lotion , body wash, etc. Even though the hotel is next to the interstate, we couldn’t hear road noise or noise from other guests.

This was one of these best overall places we have stayed . From the moment we arrived until we drove out this AM we we treated so well by every single staff member .

We had a KING room and it was huge , clean , stocked and comfortable for my wife and I and our 110lb baby we are traveling with .

Oh wait , they had breakfast . Food was FRESH not microwaved , bacon for days, biscuits and gravy , fresh scrambled eggs ,, pancakes and god knows what else . It was better than good .

Curb appeal of the place is great and very inviting considering the cleanliness from just the looks. Upon entering our room my husband and I were very pleased with how tidy everything was beds were comfortable and clean. After a long and tiring drive this was definitely worth the cost. Shampoo and conditioner in bathroom were name brand and not the cheap stuff that makes your skin dry and itchy husband and I both appreciated that greatly. Water pressure? Was just right. I can not say how important this is to a lot of folks but I know that there are a lot of people who can relate. Staff was very professional and helpful. Parking is well lit. Overall very pleased would definitely recommend. Breakfast was great as well. Thank you for a great experience.

We stayed with you on August 24 and then on September 12. Both times were awesome, the rooms were both great. Breakfast was awesome, the girl working those days was doing a really good job. As a matter of fact she remembered my wife and I from when we stayed on the 24 of September. I thought that it was pretty good to be able to remember two people from two weeks ago just passing through.

Five stars total, only four stars for the room because it could use a update. As far as the staff they are some of the most friendly people I have ever dealt with as a customer, breakfast was fresh and hot Felicia was bubbly and super kind and helpful. Hearing the music from the 50s and 60s coming from the kitchen made my day. Front desk personal at check in and out where both friendly and happy all the staff starting work the next morning all seemed happy to be there and to see each other. I know people have different experiences and I also know some people are just miserable period so it's hard to judge reviews. Pure and simple hotel was clean staff was pleasant and AC was cold I didn't notice a bad smell but I also travel with Lysol and febreez.

Bathroom 10/10 did not smell like diarrhea. Could have used a pull up bar in the gym. Pool was cool and the hot tub was swick, it scared me because I thought I saw a gorilla but it turned out to be nothing. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. They had no problem changing us rooms when we forgot to book a handicap room or giving us extra pillows and blankets. The soap and shampoo was actually a good brand and not those tiny bottles most hotels have. The breakfast in the morning was great. Biscuits were a bit overdone but other than that everything tasted great. Hot tub is quite chlorinated but I guess that’s just an extra precaution because of Covid.

I've stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past 15 years on road trips. The people at the desk are always kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and neat and ready for you. I have visited the Blue Hole but one day I'd like to actually plan a trip to swim there. I will be booking this Holiday Inn Express.

It was a nice holiday inn and had a great pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and well maintained. The only problem with the town was not many places to eat. The hotel bought alot if tv dinners from somewhere but $7 @ meal seemed like alot.the help was great and helpful. But they didn't have fresh coffee when we arrived. I am not a fan of the keurig machines after seeing a show on TV because they get mold inside the tubes and no way to clean. Would have like some fresh coffee after driving all day but we survived. All in all it was clean, friendly and pretty well kept up.

Very kind staff. I walked in and was on way to my room under 3 minutes and yet the kindness was memorable.
Clean hotel, rooms and area outside was clean. The breakfast was good hot where it should be , cold where it needed be.
I would recommend Santa Rosa Holiday Inn to anyone who asked.

We stayed here accidentally on our way to Texas and made it a point to stay going back to Washington. The staff was amazing both times. The room and the beds were very comfortable. Our stay was memorable and will stop again when passing through!!

I was happy to be back at my regular half way stopping place. The hotel I stayed in the week before taught me why, I was happy to be back. I was a bit disappointed that the place wasn't as bright and fresh as a year ago. But I guess they stay busy or they may have new management.
I will say I was thrilled that they offered a hot breakfast meal option. Their competition give out a bag with a muffin , trail mix bar,juice and an excuse as to why they can't give out individual hot meal options .
The female staff were friendly and helpful, the male was very reserved not at all welcoming, I didn't see any name tags.
I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the last few years. It was almost new the first time, it is starting to look worn in some areas, but still a whole lot better than the place I stayed in last week while passing through Santa Rosa .

The staff were nice. Gave food recommendations which turned out to be fantastic.
The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and pillows had a nice variety to choose from.
Did not hear any noise at night.
Would definitely go back!
