Hampton Inn Santa Rosa

Our back side 3rd story, 2 queen room was very clean, quiet, and everything was in great condition. We could hear some hallway noise but had no traffic noise on the back side of the hotel during the night. The bed was very comfortable. The heater/air conditioner unit did have an always on fan setting. The breakfast service was great, the host did a great job of keeping everything on the food choices stocked. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, especially Ray at the front desk who helped us with our reservations. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

I didn’t actually get to stay at this hotel, but wanted to leave a review regarding Dakota’s great customer service skills. My husband and I were in the process of relocating from SLC to Houston and had a blowout, which caused us to fall behind on our route. I called the hotel and Dakota was so understanding, he ended up canceling our room last minute and refunding us our money, he also told us he was sorry we were having trouble and that these kinds of things just happen sometimes. Moving is so stressful, it was so awesome to get such an understanding person. Dakota, thanks again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stopped here on our way as to AZ, this is probably THE nicest, cleanest, friendliest Hampton out there! Arrived 3/7/24 room 327. I am A picky Betch (lol) I slept great, breakfast was even decent and better than most complimentary breakfast at hotels, the gal set everything up so nicely. Used the gym small but works. Room could use more lighting. 1st Hilton we have stayed at with soft towels. Only 2 pics of my mini pumpkin spice waffle batter w/ pb and pecans 😂 and cheese omelette McMuffin.

We have stayed one night and we have received excellent attention. Since we arrived yesterday, the receptionist's attention was very kind and orderly when explaining the conditions to us since we were traveling with our pet. My husband is disabled, has Multiple Sclerosis and has regular seizures. Unfortunately, at night he had a seizure and the hotel staff could say that he was more than excellent in all his care. The young man at the reception, Mr. Carlos, was very kind, calm, helpful and made me feel very comforted at a very stressful time for me. He was very attentive in communication with the ambulance, he was with me all the time until they took my husband to the hospital and he was very quick to give me information about the hospital. Definitely the service and quality of a hotel is measured in different ways, by cleanliness, attention, breakfast, etc. but in my opinion the staff that works here is 5 stars. Thank you very much for your attention and for the peace of mind you gave me at a time that has been really stressful. If someone passes through here, it is an excellent option as a hotel.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel could use some repairs but I'm sure the pandemic made that hard to afford for any hotel. The breakfast was good with several options. We had a 6 person room for our larger family and loved it. The pool was too cold but the hot tub was great.

We called from the road and got the referral from Google Maps, used our Hilton membership. The check-in person was very friendly despite our very late evening arrival. Luggage cart available in lobby. Breakfast was very nice. Not much of a view from the room. About 7AM, a barking dog could be heard at a home in the neighborhood (not the pet of a guest in the hotel). Otherwise a very nice, clean room with plush towels and linens. Quick access to hot water in the shower. Check-out in the morning was easy and we got a printed receipt that said zero balance--no problems. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. Easy freeway access.

Room was great, beds were decent. Facilities seemed clean and well kept. Love that they keep the coffee out at all times.

Breakfast was kind of ok. Wish the sandwiches were not pre-made, so options for no egg and cheese were available (took egg off because tasted weird, as well as cheese, but cheese was melted so didn't come off) But...it was a free one, so not a complaint, just suggestion.

Very quick check in. Nice clean room. They honored my request for ground floor. Great stay. Would reccomend. Hot tub was broke. Disapointed about that. Most hotels let in to much light. Would be great if they could dim the hallway lights, but its a safety issue, according to someone I spoke to at another hotel chain. Some hotels have overlaps that cover the crack where door meets jam. Great if they all had those.

Clean, well kept Inn. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool is large, hot tub available. Good selection for breakfast. Several items are available for hot drinks throughout the day and night. Pool, reading/coloring room is such a nice surprise! Thanks be to God, in Christ Jesus' Name for great place to stay.

Nice hotel. Everyone was nice. It has an indoor pool, a game room with one pool table and a nice workout room. 75 dollar pet fee.

Amy and her staff were extremely helpful. I had a laundry issue and she went above expectations to help me. The room and amenities were nice and comfortable. The hotel was very clean which is essential with COVID. It’s a great place to stop and unwind because Amy and her staff seek out opportunities to make you feel welcome.

Hampton Inn Santa Rosa is conveniently located off Interstate 40. Our room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the WiFi worked. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and TV, all in good working order. In the morning we enjoyed a hot breakfast before hitting the road. Some of the breakfast offerings included a sausage/egg biscuit sandwich, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal, bagels, and yogurt. A feature of this hotel that I liked was that it had not just light roast coffee, but dark roast coffee as well, and it was piping hot at 7:00 in the evening as well as at breakfast. I have been to other Hampton Inns where only light roast was served and although available in the evening, it was lukewarm. So, if you're looking for a good place to stay the night in Santa Rosa, I recommend the Hampton Inn.

We only spent one night at the hotel but it was very nice. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Pool was warm enough to be swam in. Hot tub worked great. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked. I have nothing bad to say. I would definitely stay again.

The room was kept warmed up by the time we reached - really appreciate that. The room was super clean and overall the Hotel was very well kept. They had decent breakfast in spite of the COVID situation. The location is convenient as quick night stop -there is a gas station and subway right in front of the hotel.

I gave this Hamilton Inn 5 Stars due to the help at the front desk. The associate who assisted with our reservation was out standing! The evening desk gentlemen was very nice. Professional. However, the window in our room had so many childs prints it was hard to see. The breakfast was bleak, no fresh fruit, coffee was very weak. Little selection. Overall it was clean, comfy bed. Great staff. Fyi, This location fills quickly.

We had a corporate meeting for a small group. We needed hotels rooms and the conference room. The hotel staff was so very helpful and accommodating and made our group feel very welcome. Amy the manager is excellent and we will use this location again because of her.

One of the best Hilton hotels! I was able to book my stay, check in, and access the digital key via the mobile app (no need to go to front desk). Room was comfortable and clean. They served a hot breakfast and coffee in the morning (served by an employee to be eaten in your room or in the car) during my stay in mid April 2021. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay for a night or are exploring the area and plan to stay a few nights.

This is a very clean and quality hotel in Santa Rosa. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast bar is very good. It is a good half way point on the way to or from Colorado.
