I normally don’t feel inclined to leave nasty reviews, even in my worst past customer service experiences, but I feel the community should be aware that Brenda Villanueva has got to be one of the most hostile caseworkers I’ve dealt with across the mid west. Not only is she highly unprofessional she has anger issues and needs to seek help for her emotional and mental state of being if she can’t keep an appropriate attitude towards the clients that are seen in her line of work. she has definitely chosen the worst career path for her self. She clearly needs to be demoted or removed while her coworker who is the only person ever at the window taking clients should be promoted to Brenda’s position. What kind of human services department neglects their clients we can’t even get a simple phone call through.. For only staying open 3-4 hours a day she surely has a kick back job to be snobby, rude, and ignorant to people in need of assistance. If I could give this agency 0 stars I would
