The convenience of parking in front of your room was great!! The room was clean, the bed was firm and comfortable. Liked the bathroom arrangement with 2 sinks, it makes it easy for multiple people getting ready in the morning. The breakfast was adequate with a good variety of foods to choose from.

We regularly travel between Boulder City NV and Austin TX, This place is about half way between the two, and is a very convenient place to stay. Rooms are good quality and value. I like the mid-firm beds for a good night sleep. The shower is the standard fare, with good water flow and plenty of hot water. Rooms have a good desk area, a typical sized refrigerator, and nice sized led TV. Near, but not too close, to the freeway. Few restaurants and fast food joints nearby. And they have a reasonable hot buffet breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes. There are also cereals, oatmeals, breads, and sweet rolls.
For an easy in and out comfortable place it's a good choice for us.

Clean, QUIET and spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay. Much more room than most hotels and 2 sinks which makes getting ready with kids easier. Breakfast was nice with a "robot" pancake maker and lots of small touches like whipped cream and Nutella packages. Staff was helpful and nice! Pet friendly but only in designated rooms. Great stay!!

We stopped here to break a long road trip on two. This is a wonderful place to stay. It is an unpretentious, nice, road motel. It is clean, quiet, and nice looking. We pulled in on Christmas Eve and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was very clean, equipped with all the basic necessities, and it looked like the place had been renewed and kept in tiptop shape. We were traveling with one dog, which the motel accommodates. Having hard floors on the room was great. The place has two little dog areas in the back of the parking lot. You park right in front of your door. We were able to unwind with a little TV and then a great night of sleep in a very quiet environment. The heater worked perfect. We were able to grab a decent cup of coffee and fair breakfast (complimentary with the room) before hoping back on the road. I don’t know who keep this place running, but they are doing it right. We will definitely stay again when driving this way.

So pleasantly surprised by this place. From the road it appeared to be an old fashioned motel. But I soon learned that the rooms were updated, very clean and cozy. Best sleep I had in the entire trip! Definitely plan to stay here again the next time I travel!

This place was the best hotel I have stayed at in a good while. The gentleman at the desk was the most pleasant and helpful person I have encountered at a hotel. Kudos to him for being great. Rooms are very nice, and the free breakfast had all the right stuff done well.

I dreaded this stay. For real. 30 years of traveling on I-40 and I've seen the once thriving town of Santa Rosa fall to the point of barely clinging on to existence. It's a great place to see Americana rotting away. Hotels have fallen with it.

I arrived about 5:30 pm for one night. I was greeted politely and had everything explained to me (parking, breakfast, etc). The style of this BW is a classic drive up to your room, Route 66 motel. I was able to back right up to my door. Upon entering I was PLEASANTLY surprised to find an updated, VERY clean room. Not only does this show pride by ownership, but also by the staff that the BW employs to maintain the rooms.

Heater / AC worked great. I got a good night's sleep and hit the road in the morning. I didn't try the breakfast as there was a diner I wanted to stop at in the ABQ.

This BW is priced a bit more than other hotels / motels nearby, but I'm recommending that you spend the extra few dollars for the peace of mind.

Love this place, and it has become my regular stop. The service is always personal and friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We found it by chance on a moving trip in 2018, and stayed again moving back in 2020. I've stayed three more times on cross-country drives, including going both ways around Labor Day weekend. They have designated trailer parking, which I've needed during three of my stays.

This is one of the best if not the best roadside motel style hotel I've ever stayed in. Extremely clean, remodeled, really flawless execution, and you can park right in front of your room. Comfy mattress, nice sheets nice pillows, this place really hits all the notes correctly. Highly recommend.

This little motel was exactly what we were looking for—not fancy, older, but very clean rooms, good space, felt very safe, nice front desk staff, affordable, pet friendly. A perfect stop on a road trip—would stay again.

Not sure why people don't like the remodel of an old motel. This town is old and small. They did a nice job of remodeling, the room and bathroom were updated pretty well I would say. The room and bathroom were very clean and that's the bottom line for me, cleanliness. It was very quiet, clean, and the staff were very friendly.

This is a fantastic pet friendly hotel! They have patches of fake grass and a clean up station for dogs in the back part of the lot. The mini fridges are pretty big and the vanity outside the bathroom is great for storage. The free breakfast had a variety of options for my family with a ton of condiments and toppings. I got locked out of my room and the office staff wasted no time making me a new key, it was very prompt service. Overall a very practical hotel! I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel to stay with pets while on a road trip! The room was fully tiled and under the furniture is blocked off so pets can’t hide or get hurt with anything. Beds are super comfortable, staff was great and breakfast was good was fresh potatoes, real scrambled eggs and bacon. The hotel is also single story and parking is right next to the doors so super easy to unload/load your stuff from the car.

Room and restroom were clean. Complimentary breakfast was great— eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels, potatoes, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc. The coffee was strong too! Parked directly in front of room, so no need to take elevator or stairs. Easy access to get gas on the way into hwy. Overall, great experience!
