Definitely one of my favorite places to stop, the Texas Best bbq is always delicious and so is the Steak and Shake restaurant.!!! The store offers a great selection of snacks and drinks also! The restroom is rustic and always clean too.!!! Only 2 showers, that I’ve seen.
The people who work here always have a wonderful attitude.!!! Super super nice.!!!

I have stopped at this Pilot location numerous times and have never had a bad experience. When I last visited, the restrooms were clean and the employees friendly. Be sure to try the pizza!

This new PILOT in Santa Rosa NM is great. Nice parking for trucks and cars. Clean and easy to great to.
The staff was professional and made us feel welcomed. They asked and wanted to help us with anything we need.
My wife and I took a shower here after 3 days on the road. The showers are large, clean, and handicapped assessable.
They shower attended seen us and stopped what he was doing and asked if we needed additional towels and we did. He got them right then. Thank you...
So for a quick stop for just about all you need PILOT was great.
If you need to stop your big truck and you want a motel there are a couple right across the street.

This is an excellent truck stop. At any time during the day there is always an abundance of truck parking. The showers never have a wait and that's thanks to STEVE who works tirelessly to make sure they're in tip top shape and your wait is short. He will literally help you with anything around the store and honestly is the best employee at this location. The laundry service is great, the dryers are fantastic and don't leave your clothes wet. Lots of food options with subway, PJ fresh, and subway. I recommend anyone stop here.

After getting rear ended on the highway,spending a night in the hospital, not having any food or clothes left after the accident, the manager brought food, drink, and a coat to my motel on Christmas day. These people are a blessing to this community. God Bless them.

The best pilot we visit: 4.25.23 before 8am
1. They have the cherry scrub in the ladies restroom that smell delicious.
2. Have oatmeal ready.
3. Have my favorite drink horchata
And the guy (the cashier) very helpful and ansome. 😍🥰

Stopped in for a fill up and quick bite and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was on point!!! Thanks to DayDay for the positive attitude and excellent service! Hopefully he's running the shoe next time I stop thru 👍🏽🙏🏽

Store clean top to bottom. Steve is very helpful and polite. This location should be the example for all truck stops. Showers very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking will definitely stop again.

Have stopped here numerous times. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Lots and lots of food choices. Good prices on gas.

In general place appears well maintained, clean, neat and tidy.

We stop in here for great lunch options and a clean restrooms. We fill up with gas too. A fantastic 1 stop shop.

I absolutely love the staff, they're so proficient and kind, they always greet everyone with a smile.
The showers are always super clean, as well as the bathrooms.

One of the best pilot locations. The showers are the best. Very big n clean. A lot of food verity. Very friendly staff. Huge parking lot and cheap diesel.

Cashier was very upbeat and happy to help. Please was clean, parking was abundant even around the pilot, at other parking lots.

Gotta give her credit for making this place the go-to place when I'm on the i40.

We got diesel in the truck lanes while pulling a fifth wheel. Plenty of room to pull forward after fueling. The store is large and very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful!

Big and clean. Nice staff. Lots of options for drinks and snacks. Pretzels and cinnamon rolls are really tempting.
Clean restrooms.

Finally a Pilot that has their stuff together. This place is clean and the workers are working and friendly. Most of all the showers are CLEAN everything (toilets, sink, fan, vents, baseboards and cracks) all clean and smells good. Too bad I don't come this way much cause this would be my number 1 stop! They even had the outside grounds clean and people walking around picking up trash, highly recommend this stop!
