Here in Santa Rosa, New Mexico at the TA there is Popeyes chicken and a subway. Popeyes is really fast about getting you your order. At the truck stop there is lots of parking and friendly faces. Exit 277 on interstate 40.

I went this TA because I was having issues with my truck. The truck had trouble with the acceleration it was losing power especially going up a hill. Luckily I stopped by here and checked in and the staff at the front was nice but not very accommodating. A technician Mr Leon help me out to see if he can find an issue since the truck had the engine light on. Eventhough the issue wasn't resolve. He patiently find ways to try to resolve the issue. He did the manual force regen and that didn't work. He replaced one of the fuel filter since they didn't have the other part which was the fuel/water separator. But he did recommend me if the problem still persist to go to TA Albuquerque to get the other replace. Also recommend me to get a shop to do a DEF treatment to maybe resolve the issue. Steve in the shop is sooooo nice. This isn't my first time to this shop, and it has always been really friendly and helpful. I always say Santa Rosa is the nicest small town in America, and they consistently prove me rightbat this shop.

Me and "Katy" picked up a trailer with abs problems. TA fixed it

Customer service is always good. But it is not ok to park in the entrance and block the drive thru.

TA is great service,,but the Popeyes chicken in there check your food before you leave, they give you anything. Like you suppose to be ok with it,,and I went back to ask them to make it right they mad,WHY.that's just wrong, the crew on 10/16/23 @ 6:45pm..so if you DONT want to be upset, check your food.

Night shift truck Service Dept and FAST and hard workers! This is the BEST TA service department I have been to in 6 years.
I will always go BACK!!
Had a tire change done in under 2hrs including wait in line PLUS they had to call the Trailer leasing company.

I stopped there just for gas, I didn't go in, I don't know how the place is on the inside. I can say that the gas pumps were clean and most of all, the liquid for washing your windshield was actual windshield liquid which made cleaning all the dead bugs really easy.

A must stop when traveling. Subway and Popeyes chicken, convenience store truck stop plus non commercial gas station.

These kind of trucks need to be towed away by driver expense

Stop by the TA in Santa Rosa to get 2 tires put on and the shop manager and his crew where very professional and Efficient!!! They all worked extremely well together and I was in and out in 30 minutes!!! If I could give them more then 5 stars I definitely would! Great jobs guys👍👍👏👏👏

Wonderful experience after a long road trip. Country Pride Restaurant was great! Lot of variety fresh ingredients on the salad bar. Rolls were awesome. Looking forward to the next TA Truck stop on the way home to Louisiana.

I had the pleasure of getting my truck worked on by Steve I and Ted M. They were some of the most helpful and most knowledgeable techs I have ever met. This transaction with them has given me faith that there are good techs out there! If you are ever in need of repair out in Santa Rosa, NM I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10

My drive axle air bag wouldn't' inflate I talked to the service manager, the tech standing right there said pull it on in. With a little diagnosis, he dropped the suspension all the way down and reset the memory. Then it inflated properly. Apparently I moved the truck before waiting for system to reach operating pressure. They had me in and out of there in 15 minutes with a minimum fee $69.63 I think that's pretty fair for excellent service. Thanks Jessica and tech. I'm sorry I didn't get the tech's name.

Very clean restrooms and well stocked store. Good place to stop on a road trip for fuel and snacks. For the truckers, the fuel island has plenty pumps but not much room to pull up after fueling. Lots of parking for trucks though.

I can honestly say that this is the best shop to have work done on your truck . I have been to this Travel center on 3 different occasions in the last 6 months . Every time with a different issue . The service and professionalism shown here is top notch . From the manager to the techs . Thank you again for being here for me when I needed you . A personal thank you to Romania (the manager) and the 2 techs (Victor and Joe ) who were quick to assess the problem . I will be spreading the word to other drivers to stop here if they need work done . Thanks again guys and gals for making my day a little better . See you all soon

Spent overnight here.
Building was modern,.very clean, and well layed out.
24 hour store was well stocked, the coffee was fresh and good. The staff was friendly and attentive.
If this is an example of a TA fuel stop.i will stop at them every time I need gas.

Have work done on truck. Amazingly fast, efficient job. Had both drive axle brakes, 4 new brake drums, tire pressure checked and took 2.5 hours. They keep me updated on progress and did an amazing job. I have waited longer then that to get a new tire at other shops. Good job guys. I believe it was night guy and he stayed and completed it. Thanks!
