Recently visited the clinic and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Henry Chang and his team. The environment was welcoming and professional. I had a nice experience during my recent visit. The staff there were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chang who speaks Chinese, was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The clinic accepts Medi-Care insurence which is a plus!! The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I recommend this clinic to anyone seeking internal medicine care.

I really had a good experience in my last visit and people were knowledgeable and helpful:) they can speak Chinese, so no worries if you are not good at professional medical terms. Dr.Chang was willing to take care of me, so yes 100% come for the next time if I’m not feeling good!

Star health medical is clean and tidy and full with energy. Staffs there can also speak Chinese which is very easy for me to communicate especially for medical terms. I’ve switched my primary doctor to Dr chang for 3 years already. He is very patient and knowledgeable in my opinion. He take his time to listens to my stories and answers all my questions without rushing unlike other doctors I go to. I also really appreciate how he diagnosed my mom’s problem so quickly. He stands in your shoe and think which way is the best for you when he makes suggestions. If you want to have true care from your primary I highly recommend this place !

Dr. Henry Chang is an incredible doctor. He is basically an encyclopedia of knowledge. He works hard for his patients and really cares.

USE SOMEONE ELSE. My wife was hitting the end of a one year prescription after we moved states. She was having trouble contacting her previous doctor. She talked to Dr. Chang about getting a new prescription for the year and was never told by the doctor that this was only a 30 day prescription. This is clearly something he should have advised her of in the appointment. Why would someone pay a fee to renew a prescription on a monthly basis? It’s hard for me to conclude that this wasn’t a scam to get her to collect his fee every month. USE SOMEONE ELSE.

Most of the Yelp reviews are fake. I've been coming here for a year now and things don't add up. Every single time I ask and expect to see a Dr. Chang, I really get to see medical students and interns. So why aren’t the reviews talking about these medical students? I started asking the patients scheduled before me who they saw and they always said medical students. Fast forward a couple appointments later I ask for one of these student’s full name. And their name shows up on Yelp a little while after. He rotates them out fairly frequently so it looks real on Yelp. It’s a dirty business. Also the receptionist purposely doesn’t pick up the phone sometimes from my long visits in the lounge area.

Extremely disappointed. They refused to provide me with service. I was a little late getting to the office. They have a 15 minute late policy that they didn't let me know about. Spoke with Lulu who didn't seem forgiving but Lulu isn't the person who created the policy. It's the Doctor. Avoid!
