Incompetent/My experience

I wish I could post negative stars but Google makes you check one star to post your review! If you want someone that is very incompetent, claims to have too many cases after he gets your money, lies, and submits your paperwork with the incorrect complaint, submits paperwork late, or allows your paperwork to slip through the cracks after handling your case for over two years then this is your guy.
My EEO complaint was always based on Retaliation due to a prior EEO complaint that I dropped. I had willing witness, a journal of events with dates/times, and audio of being harassed. I was harassed and retaliated against and upper management on audio admitted that I was. I filled out all the paperwork and submitted it to him timely and completely and he had minimal changes because I had a prior EEO regarding this same supervisor. He admitted my answers were good.
I told him in our initial interview that I just wanted the harassment to stop so I could do my job, the same job I'd been doing without any disciplinary action for 25 years until this supervisor came into the unit. I explained that I was hesitant because I was looking to retire and I had to use some of my nest egg to pay him. He verbally stated that if I did not use all of my retainer that he would return the balance which did not happen, he kept $800 after he lost my case twice; when I sent him a LOD he sent back a copy of his contract and what I did not realize is that he had included in the contract that any balance was non-refundable.
He highlighted that and, 'I am not an attorney'. He is also not an Advocate because he did not represent me at all. In my defense I just signed the contract and sent the fee.
I was going through a lot at the time so I did not fully read his contract or I would have noticed that he had slipped that in.
My mother was terminally ill on a vent 1300 miles away and I was using everything I had to fly home every two weeks to see about her and he knew this. I was using FMLA for her so I could go home biweekly but always returning to a hostile work environment. So yes I needed help immediately and I was really hoping he would make my life a little easier. Lesson, don't sign a contract under stress and feeling overwhelmed.
During our one and only teleconference he mucked that up by allowing the Postal Attorney to ‘delay’ my case until after the holidays. He totally agreed stating that he didn’t have anything to do, no family, just him and his dog so they took that opportunity and slipped in some paperwork and had my case dismissed. He was very intimidated by the AJ on the phone and I pointed that out to him when they hung up. He said, I hope we do not have her for the hearing. (What?!!) That was the first time he lost my case.
After that dismissal he said we will have to appeal to the OFO and that will take a year or so. A year later I get another dismissal stating that we did not prove age discrimination. AGE DISCRIMINATION? I was mad, hurt, and in complete disbelief. How do you file the WRONG COMPLAINT?? I called him after the case was dismissed by the OFO and he was confused and irritated. I asked how could this happen?? He started looking for my case and said that was the first ruling and I had to wait for a second. After the back and forth he admitted it was over but never admitted it was his fault.
He then went into a rant about the Trump administration and judges and said that they were striking down and getting rid of EEO cases before they could get to a hearing but then he asked me if I wanted to go to Federal Court!
Who is he Advocating for you or them?
