The nurses on floor four are angels! Without their help I wouldn’t be here today! I thank them for the bottom of my heart! The hospital itself is very clean and organized! They even have a Starbucks!

I was dropped off by a friend here tonight around 2:00 am and walked in to the emergency room. There is no waiting line . I went right to the process and was seen by doctor quickly. And everything there rolling smoothly, very respectful staff . They treat you just like you went to 5 star ⭐✨ hotel. Good Atmosphere.

I am very impressed with how well the out-patient procedures are set up and move along smoothly. I arrived for an out-patient blood draw and C-Scan. The check-in desk was near the front door, quick and easy. Then I sat down to wait in comfortable chairs in the hall area for my name to be called; note there was a draft on this 55-degree day from the front doors constantly opening and closing, so take a wrap if needed. After 20 minutes my name was called and I went into one of several cubicles to confirm my information and then was sent around the corner to the nearby Waiting Area for my two tests. Blood draw took place within 20 minutes and I went back to that Waiting Area. After about 40 minutes an aide came with a wheel chair to take me to have my scan, as it is quite a distance away. The scan was promptly and courteously taken and I was wheeled back to the front door. I was at the hospital for a total of approximately 1-1/2 hrs. Everyone was very courteous and thoughtful. Everything was organized well, making it easy and without stress. Based on my experience I would go again and would easily recommend Chandler Regional Medical Center for out-patient tests. Note that parking is in the 3-story parking building; there is a cart that can drive you back and forth if available; take a book or puzzle to pass the time; and, that continually talking on a cell phone in the waiting area while waiting is rude to everyone else.

This hospital is, by far, the best I have ever been to (and I’ve to a lot). I am truly amazed. All of the staff from doctors to nurses (special shout out to Victoria in Observation) to housekeepers have been professional, courteous, supportive, helpful, caring and friendly. The most important thing is that they are that way with EACH OTHER! This will be my new go to hospital!

Dr Bun demonstrated compassion. After setting my fracture she had followed up about my experience and sweetly apologized that I awaken due to pain. Her apology was genuine and sincere.
The nurses and registration staff were friendly and courteous. I appreciated the triage catching up with me outside as was leaving - she was impressed with the EMT 's splint made of cardboard and saran wrap.
A great experience.

Had a great experience at Chandler Regional at an appointment for a pulmonary function test. Very professional throughout from reception to end. Kudos to the tech who performed the test. She went through every detail of the test to ensure the results were accurate. I will definitely use this hospital again for care/procedures

Nobody ever wants to have a Colonoscopy performed. I know I rescheduled mine a few times. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a VIP. I got to meet a puppy with the PAWS program & every nurse was so friendly & helpful.
I will refer anyone who asks to choose Dignity Chandler Regional Medical Center ❤❤

Hospitals can be a very horrible place to think about going to visit. My wife was admitted to the hospital for breathing issue and fatigue. We made all the arrangement before hand. Once we arrived we had someone get her in a wheelchair and bring her up to her room. Everyone got her situated in the bed and when through all her vitals and had the duty nurse and doctor introduce themselves and then let us know what they found at the moment and what they were going to do. The first thing I have to say about this visit was the nurses were great, they communicated everything they were going to do and why they were doing the procedure. The doctors were very communicative as well. She had to spend a little over a week in the hospital but was very well taken care of. They kept everything clean and sanitized.
If she had any questions, if they did not know the answer they found out. They made sure her food was something she could eat and even had the dietician come and consult with her. The orderlies were very helpful and friendly. Everyone we interacted with was just very sincere and helpful. Even the cafeteria food was not bad. They had a very good selection of items and even sandwiches and other cold items to pickup quickly. It is hard to imagine my spouse in the hospital barely able to breathe, but the staff here was number one. I am very glad we had the staff we did. Thanks to everyone that helped us. All I can say is, if we need to return I hope we get the same wonderful staff as we had this visit.

My wife and I came here to have our first kid. Everything did not go as planned, but the doctor and staff have been nothing but professional and swift in their care! I want to shout out a nurse named Ariana - she had amazing bedside manner. I'm sure we were a handful, but she always treated us with a kindness that made my wife and I breath a sigh in relief when she showed up.
Thank you for putting up with us and teaching us the skills we would need to better tend to our new baby boy! God Bless you and I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

They took great care of a family member. Everything flowed smoothly. The staff were smart and caring. Christine in the ED and Andrea in Social Work patiently spent a lot of time communicating with me and everyone a lot of complex information.

I visited the Emergency Department at Chanler Regional Medical Center twice in the past month. On both occasions. I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring of all staff with whom I interacted. The intake process was efficient. Care was initiated quickly and information was provided continually. I had every confidence that I was in good hands. Thank you to all staff who cared for me. You are amazing.

Chandler Regional Medical Center took excellent care of me recently! Ambulance brought me there and I was admitted to ICU for 4 days for pneumonia and RSV. The nurses were excellent and the respiratory therapists were great! Very attentive and friendly. It was clean there and it's a nice hospital. The food could be better but I don't expect too much of any hospitals food. I wish some of the doctors spent more time or allowed me to wake up for 10seconds before asking questions but they did everything they were supposed to (I'm a medical professional so I know I got the right care). The social worker had everything set up for me for discharge, went home with oxygen and breathing treatments. I hope I never need them again but I will be comfortable going back to Chandler Regional.

I gave birth to my son here and they're so spacious and so nice. The treatment is quick and their food tastes so good. I like that they helped me walk earlier after my c section. It meant a lot. Even though they're so far out from where I live, I would trust them with my life.

I had surgery at this location and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff. This was my first surgery , and I did know what to expect, I was a nervous wreck before I got to the facility. This place is full of amazing people. They’re truly angels without wings. People with big hearts and smiles! The team shows compassion.. they love their work place and it shows. Thank you for putting me to ease before the surgery .

Good job Dignity for hiring such awesome people!

The staff that had been taking care of me from the ER to the nurses on the floor everyone had been so nice and caring about my needs. The staff is awesome a lot better from the last time I was on here for a dog bite the eye back then very impatient and in a hurry and did not answer anything I asked them, the staff here is very knowledgeable and the give me a straight answer I just enjoy all of my care nurses and assistant ❤❤❤

I had my son here two and a half years ago and got the best treatment one could ever ask for. I just had surgery a week ago and they were once again AMAZING. The level of comfort and care that the staff gives makes you feel like they really care about you. I will always recommend this hospital to everyone. It is by far the best hospital I've ever been to.

I found myself in the best care possible while staying For four days after a surgery. The doctors the nurses the nurses assistants even the cleaning personnel were the kindest most compassionate people. It didn't matter who entered my room they always ask me if there was something I needed before they left even if it was just a cup of ice which I often asked for.
I was asked about my pain level how I felt that day whether it was good or bad and on what scale I felt these things.
They help me get up to the restroom lay back down and even help me walk up and down the hallway as part of my treatment and getting me home.
I can't say enough on how wonderful they are at this Hospital.

I qualified for the home recovery care program. It was fantastic. Jennifer and Dr. Hake got me signed up. It was quick and easy. Oxygen and medications were all at the house within the hour. Dr Hake and all the nurses were great and I got to be home with my family to recover. They were even able to do labs and chest xray in my home. Loved it. Awesome team.

The entire staff from surgeon to house keepers were all extremely wonderful, attentive, and helpful in all manners. However, it was the nurses who really take the cake. If there’s a better, more efficient, knowledgeable, staff with enough empathy for those who need it or sense of humor for those like me, they cover the gamut. There are too many to name because they were all incredible, but two really rose to the top for me. Hannah was on the day shift and had the greatest sense of humor. She could take it and throw it right back at you. I also want to say I’m old enough to be her father and asked her if I could adopt her because she was also the sweetest young lady I’ve met in a while. All around, Hannah, by far, trumps them all. Then there was Michael on the night shift. Michael was extremely meticulous with how he did things. It was almost as if he was visually running a program inside his head and following step by step instructions. He also was an extremely interesting person who had a lot in common with me. We are both former athletes. I’ve recently got into stage musicals because my daughter is so heavily involved involved with them at school. He is a fan of them too. Michael and I shared some deep meaningful conversations while he was attending to me. If someone asked me about CRH, I would highly recommend them as I already do and have done. If you want the best, you better be the best.
