Wow. Exceptional customer service from entering the front door to exiting the back! Everyone was professional & polite. Great interactions with the vet tech and Dr. Szabo. Doc was able to diagnose the issue correctly and his method of treatment was consistent with our values. Pricing was fair and our dog is doing better already! Very grateful for the staff and impressed with the cleanliness of the nice facility. Definitely recommend 100%

Great location. There are so many great stores and restaurants. This was not a review for the vet clinic, This is in the Gilbert Area at the Ivy and Elm mall, Google AI - you confused the review and location.

I always have good experiences at Casa Grande Animal Hospital. Dr Avery Welch treats all three of my dogs. I have three rescues with fairly significant issues. The Vets and techs here helped me to medically rehabilitate my huskies and my senior chihuahua is always treated with extreme care, AND this is the first animal hospital to identify her heart disease. They also helped me to find a good doggy daycare and boarding as I’m a single dog mom with a FT career. I haven’t had many “great” vets in the past. I found a great team of them at this hospital. My dogs don’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Took my oldest pup ( 2 ) for his rabies shot, they made him feel at home! He was so comfortable they allowed us to bring him his own snack too! Love the staff! Upon arrival we noticed his name on the board! Great idea! I highly recommend you bring your pets here !

I finally found a vet in AZ that isn't a all about grabbing my money but actually took time to listen to me about my dogs issues and needs. They gave her a shot to ease her discomfort and issued prescriptions that she needs. Within 3 hours I noticed she was feeling better and the next morning was very playful again. Thank you for getting us in quickly without an appointment. Luna is feeling much better!

I came here for the first time with my sick stray kitty. The staff went out of their way to allow me to bring him in through the side door so he wouldn't be afraid of all the dogs. They were also able to get us in quickly the next day. They spent a long time explaining the situation to me, my options, and pricing. They really took extra time and I appreciate that. Other vets are always in a rush and over priced. This hospital has fair pricing, and i also appreciate that. When i have to come back with my cats i will absolutely take them here over any other animal center. Thank you for being so compassionate, understanding, and caring.

This place has stellar customer service. Vet was knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, spent adequate time with us, took time to answer questions and explain things in a way that I could easily understand. Staff is also organized, friendly, courteous, flexible, kind, efficient, and cheerfully willing to indulge my mobility challenged handicapped self. Also, Even though they were very busy when I went, staff did not seem stressed. They exhibited stellar teamwork which obviously results in a great customer experience. They seem unstressed and happy in their jobs, and from that I infer that management treats them with respect, humanity, rewards them adequately for their contributions, solicits their input. (This is so important if you want your company to be cream of the crop in today's business environment. So often these days, management is wrong-headed, goes for the quick buck, does not value employees so that they have no loyalty to the company. In those cases productivity, customer service, and profits suffer, and the human cost is enormous.). I highly recommend Casa Grande Animal Hospital. While they are somewhat pricey, they give excellent value for what you spend. Prices are sky high anywhere you go these days, and often the value for what you spend is not there. This place is different, and I'm grateful to have found them.

Doctors and staff were attentive and informative. As of the next day still no call to check on her surgery however, it is only noon. Detailed printed instructions were given and easy to follow.

Our dog was a new patient, and we were able to get an appointment within a week. That's big! Staff was professional, and we were able to get the surgery our dog needed. Thankfully, all went well! A big thanks to all the staff!

The Nurses and Dr. Were very professional and helped me so much with deciding to put our 13 year old beagle to sleep. The Dr. Was fantastic with his bedside manner and was compassionate and knowledgeable about canines. He had never seen our Bella before and was able to pick up on a few medical diagnosis she had that led us to make a humane decision. I was able to have her lay next to me during her passing which was very comforting. The Dr. Explained what he was going to do before he did it. I would highly reccomend this veterinarian practice! Two thumbs up for the staff. Oh, I forgot to mention that I was told a different amount for services before coming and only brought that much money. The office manager worked with me and allowed me to pay the rest of the money when we pick up her ashes a week later. Most offices wouldnt do that. Very happy. They also got me in the same day I called which was important to us because once we determined that we thought our dog was in too much pain, we didn't want to wait for an appointment for the next week. I needed my dog to be checked out immediately. Something was wrong. The vet that I previously used did not make time citing she was too busy. Called the CG
Animal Hospital and the staff were very caring and generally concerned about my dog. Although fully booked, they made time. Very helpful and dedicated to their profession. I will continue to go to the CG HOSPITAL for all of my veterinarian needs.

We’ve been trying to find a vet to take my cat Kratos in as soon as possible due to severe vomiting. We had called other places prior to calling this one and this place was the only one who was willing to see him that exact day as an emergency. The staff was super friendly and they were always on it when I would call for updates on my cat. Was really happy with my first visit here and plan on bringing the rest of my cats here if needed. Very pleased with Vet Tech Teresa! She did a great job of shaving down my 18 yr. old to make her more comfortable. Since she had to be under anesthesia, I was worried. But, all went well and she is way more comfortable now. Thank you!!

Everyone on their team treated my family and my Echo with care and love. Dr. Sillings provided a great deal of feedback and insight into his illness and a solid care plan for recovery. They also fit us into a very busy day but did not rush in any way. Thank you for everything :) We would highly recommend if your fur baby needs care.

I recently took my rescue dog for all the basic treatments as I didn’t know about previous vaccines or treatments. Alissa the tech and Dr Zelenky were so kind and put Mason and me at ease quickly. I was very pleased with our visit and they will be taking care of my fur baby as long as we are in Casa Grande.

We are so thankful to doctor, Randi and technician Bre. They took such good care of my fur baby Rocky. They took the time to explain to us his condition and treatment. We arrived nervous and much concerned thinking the worst. Randi saw our fear and her expertise and compassion helped calmed us down. Thank you Randi and Bre

Everybody treats your pet as if it was their own. Marshmallow Loves everyone here. Seeing how much Marshmallow enjoys her Vet visits makes me happy. She has never showed any fear going to Casa Grande Animal Hospital. Prices aren't bad either.

The staff at Casa Grande Animal Hospital are awesome! We scheduled a wellness exam for our newly adopted dog and the process was seamless. After checking in at the front counter, the technician Brandi R brought us back to the room. Brandi was very gentle and loving with our dog and lessened any anxiety our dog may have had. Next, Dr. Paine came into the room and fully examined our dog. She took the time to listen to our concerns and quickly put us at ease by providing recommendations to better care for him. We had such a great experience, and so did our pet! We will be sure to come back should any urgent or emergent concerns arise, as well as for preventative care. Thank you Dr Paine and Brandi!

UPDATE: Three additional visits including my older dog’s annual exam and the pup’s additional vaccinations with Dr. John were excellent. Most recently, the pup was neutered and the tech was outstanding, very thorough providing a lot of information and answered my many questions. Post surgery care instructions were very good and in writing. Dropped the pup off around 7:45 am and was called for pick up at 4:45 pm. PRIOR: Had an outstanding appointment at the Casa Grande Animal Hospital with our new puppy. Arrived a few minutes early since we were a new client and was promptly in the room at the appointment time. The staff at reception were very nice and professional and the vet tech, Brandon, was personable and and kind to my pup. Dr. John was very thorough as he spoke through his examination findings and then answered the questions I had and provided helpful information on care and prevention. Check out was quick and easy and have already booked his next appointment as well as my older dogs annual exam.

Great place with awesome staff who go above and beyond! Highly recommend it for something as simple as vaccines to major surgery.
