Boston Market

The general manager at this store is phenomenal. He was professional, courteous, and did his absolute best. I have nothing but compliments to him and his work.
Food was good too, cornbread is still my favorite. Mac and cheese had great flavor. Made for wonderful additions to my holiday meal.

Every year have been eating food from Boston market at WC abs somehow am stuck in this place for its quality and good service !
Love the turkey plate and the Mashed potatoes with Mac & Cheese..... it’s one of the best I could have to be thankful of :)

The food was hot & delicious. I had went to another location last week & manager there said they wouldn’t have Turkey until “Easter”. The manager @ this location buys it himself so you don’t have to wait until Thanksgiving.

Service was out standing. Food was really good. Place was really clean.

I've been to this location multiple times over the past year and it never disappoints. The food is great and the staff are even better. Every time I walk in Lucius is ALWAYS there to great me and put a smile on my face. He's a great help and always has an amazing attitude! 10/10 recommend this location!

e card from my Discover point had problems at 3 other Boston Markets. He straightened it out in 3 minutes.Good worker

Darrell was an absolute joy. He made us feel at home and even like we were part of the family. He did a great job with meal preparation and delivery. His positive attitude was infectious! What a great time!

It's just my Mom and I for Thanksgiving, so I went here and got a family meal. Everything was great, the service was friendly and I was incredibly thankful for them being open! We got the family turkey meal for 3 with mashed, sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach with a generous side of gravy. I'll be back again for sure!

Had a late lunch with my wife at Boston Market in West Chester, PA today. Service was excellent staff was friendly, prompt, and took care in preparing our meals, they carried our plates to the table for us and were full of smiles for our entire stay. Our meals were very good! Side portions were generous and served at the perfect temperature. Boston Market is a favorite stop for my family. Food is always good and selections are all very well prepared.

What makes this place special are the staff. A solid number of their members have been working at this location for years; they know their regulars, and they strive to make good ole fashioned home cooking.

The food always seems to be good and not over cooked or dry. People are friendly and engage with the customers. Good quality for the price. Although my waistline would say otherwise, maybe the brownies could be a little bigger. Love this place.

Good place for chicken, prime rib, turkey and great sides dishes. Great attentive staff. They bring your food to your table and help you clean up. I noticed the table was unbalance and the guy fixed it right away. A well deserved 5 star from me.

Huge shout out to Curtis the manager. He was very stressed and busy. Not to mention he ran out of items and had to deal with that. I’m so glad that I got the chance to meet the person who deals with day to day operations of this place. My first time trying and even though I didn’t get what I ordered, we figured everything out and I will gladly be back! Keep it up Curtis!

Great service this morning at 7:20, Christmas Eve, when picking up my holiday order. The gentleman was very nice, went over my order with me to make sure everything was in the bags, and even offered to help me carry the order to my car. Wish service was this good everywhere!

This Boston Market is amazing. The food is great, free refills on fountain drinks, gotta get that sweet tea. The service is great, and the staff is very very friendly and patient. The manager was very nice. I highly recommend trying this place. Get the three piece dark.

This was my first visit ever to a Boston Market, and I loved it. The staff were very friendly, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was talked to like I was welcome. I got the pot pie, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes. The pot pie was rich, creamy, and piping hot. Not to mention VERY filling. I couldn't even touch my side dishes! I love this store and I will most definitely be returning! 10/10 would recommend!

Treated my sister to late lunch/early dinner. We found this place was clean and enviting. The service was great. We enjoyed our meal and the service we received.

Boston Market: Your prime rib is "outstanding"!! As good as any top steak house! Please keep it on the Menu. Also, your staff at the West Chester, Pa. Location are super friendly and accommodating. I'll be back soon and on a weekly basis. 😊😊
