Great bunch of folks who really care for their clients. Charles and his service team looked out for me on some old chains I took in to be sharpened. Made sure I didn’t use them because they were unsafe. Much appreciated! Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Great staff and great service! Highly recommended.

This is a great dealership in Burkeville, VA. I have had a great experience with the sales staff. I purchased implements there for my Massey Ferguson, and traded that red tractor for a Deere when I was having issues getting repairs and parts from my old dealer. The service and parts staff are great and friendly as well. The indoor areas are neat and clean and COVID-19 protocols are being followed. Looking forward to a lasting relationship with James River Equipment.

This place is great! Have an awesome staff it's very helpful. The products that they sell are amazing. I mean come on it's a John Deere and nothing runs like Deere! I'd recommend this place for a name of your large agricultural equipment.

Very pleased. Charles and gavin were beyond excellent. My tractor is back on farm ready to roll. John Deere is expensive equipment, both to purchase and to maintain, but I could not be happier. They kept me informed to the last detail, they were patient with me calling to check on things. If u have John deere equipment, and it needs work, or just maintenance, call and ask for Charles. I thought customer care was gone, but for once, James river in burkville proved otherwise.
