They are almost as great as Chic-fil-a when it comes to speedy accurate service. They get my order right every single time. Its a must stop on my way back and forth to Bama.

Southern version of white castle. They are quite tasty. An adult is filled with 4 sliders.

This place never disappoints, I have been coming here all my life and never had a bad experience sometimes the drive thru can be a little bit of a wait. But food is always good and correct. Now being pregnant I have the chiks at least 2-3 a week in the morning which I never have to wait for them to be cooked. You all are doing an amazing job! And just a suggestion maybe add a few items as in cheese Krystal to the breakfast menu! I promise I would probably be there every morning, lol. Keep up the good work you all and thanks for making my morning!

Excellent. Krystal has always been a favorite, and I had not had one in probably a year or two, the line there was a wait, but I didn't mind, and I ordered one of there 6 dollar for 5 selections, they were hot, steamed, made well and even got my request for no Pickles add Ketchup. Really enjoyed my lunch!

It use to be undercooked. But its changed and now they are great.

Went there 11-19-2022 around 5:15 pm 3 car in front of me total time in line 10 minutes got my food it was hot. lady at window very courteous and professional. Will be going there more often.

Living so far away from where I grew up one of the things you truly miss most is places you love to eat and every single time I get a chance to visit my hometown I always stop by Krystal’s! Always fresh and tasty, I’ve never once had a bad experience at this location and the staff has always been super friendly and welcoming. Krystal is a classic southern fast food chain based out of Atlanta and every single local should do their part to help support this chain so others in the future will have the opportunity to enjoy it as we did. I proudly say I love Krystal’s and rest assured whenever I see one when I get back home to the south it’s my first place! Yanks can have their White Castles but Krystal’s is where my heart will always be!

One of the highlights of my recent trip!! Super friendly staff!! So many memories in those tasty little burgers!!

I'm sure usually the dining is open but this time doors were locked, phones were not working, only drive thru was open and I had to walk here since the only place to park semi tru k was at the exit ramp. Once I walk the drive thru and got to the window I was told they don't take orders for walk ups, he talked to manager and explained about phones not working , ect...and that I had walked from semi truck...they allowed me to order this time and I will say it was very good Krystal burgers, fresh and made perfect. I could have been turned away but wasn't and I appreciate the understanding very much.

Go during the day, their service is always nice. If you go at night, they seem to be out of everything (?) , or if they have it , you can bet its gonna be cold. Or you could get yelled at by the crazy manager at the window. I M understand everyone has a bad day, but dont take it out on the customer's that help keep you a job. Just quit and find another one when it gets that bad. Long story short, go during the day, avoid like a bad dream at night.

This Krystal usually does pretty good. They are fairly quick, they get your order out fast. The food is usually relatively fresh and my son is always happy with his chili fries because they don't skimp him on the chili. I have no complaints about this Krystal so far so good

Robin is so sweet she needs a raise putting up with rude customers giving her hell my food was great thank you robin keep smiling!

The dining room is not open yet but, the drive thru is. As always, Krystal has unique hamburgers that cannot be beat. Always great and they hit the spot when you need something different in a burger. Yummy 😋

Was really hungry for a Krystal and got 12 with fries and a drink. So good! I ate 6 with fries and tea. Goodness! This Krystal was fast and the employees were so nice! Food was Yummy!

Delicious!! My dear friend wanted to try the new chicken friend steak with gravy on a biscuit - she just raved!! She loves gravy. And we both agreed that the potatoes were the best ever, they must have been air fried because not even a hint of oil!!

Updating my review.. The owner reached out to me personally and apologized for the incident. I went through again and everything was fresh and delicious as usual. I do hope there's something done about the rude employees from that night, they're going to run off a lot of loyal customers if not...Thank you Jeff for reaching out. 🙂

I had a craving for a good ol' Krystal burger(?) The other day, and boy did this hit the spot! Yum!

Krystal is literally my favorite fast food restaurant. They always get my order right and my food is always fresh. And they take "extra cheese" very seriously and load you up! I always enjoy my visit.
