Social Security Administration

I cannot rave about this place enough. I have had to go through getting my two oldest childrens social after a hardship and it was after Covid when you had to mail it all in. The process took 5 months because nobody could help. I went to the Kennesaw location last Thursday and was treated horribly when I walked in even though the worker told me that I could come as a walk in. I scheduled an appointment Friday with this location for today at 10:50. I walked in at 10:30 with everything in hand, i left at 10:42 with everything done for my youngest. The most pleasant experience I have EVER had with ss. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!

I had to drive an hour and a half to visit this location, but I was very satisfied with the quality service and efficiency I received from The agent who assisted me, Eric. Eric was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate this location and the employees very much.

Great customer service but online said 8am but the door said it opens at 9M. They tell you to scan the QR code but the code does not work till 8:30. Get online at the time anyways because it is busy

I would truly like to think Miss Spruill, for going above and beyond her duties. In helping me with my disability case. This beautiful woman than everything in her power to get my application approved. Please allow this woman to know that she is the best that you're probably have in that office, I don't know about anybody else but she is great.

Quick and easy in and out experience. Didn't stay longer than 30 minutes

I’ve met with Mrs. Williams twice and she is the kindest woman. I had one experience at that office with someone else where I was greeted with “you get five minutes”. Navigating this stuff is a little intimidating. I hope Villa Rica knows what a treasure Mrs Williams is. I made a mistake and she walked me through it, fixed it and was very patient and kind.

Major KUDOS to Jennifer at the Villa Rica office!!! I have been dealing with an issue since December 2020. I followed up the past few days and haven’t been able to get in touch with my main point of contact. I know they all have a super high case load and are working diligently to assist. My issue was time sensitive and escalated. Jennifer was very empathetic of my situation and took it upon herself to resolve it. She did not pass the buck to another representative. She was very understanding and stayed on the phone with me until it was resolved. Her tone and overall phone call was very pleasant. ****update Jennifer even followed up with me today to make sure my issue was indeed resolved *** this office needs to duplicate Jennifer. She is an asset to this office!!!! Thank you!

I had to call the Villa Rica office three times no fault of theirs regarding questions about changes in my Social Security check. First I didn’t have to wait long for someone to speak with me on the phone.
Once they were on the phone they were pleasant and answered all my questions. They never got impatient with my repeated questions They just wanted to be sure that I understood the changes. I wish I knew their names but I cannot remember them but they were the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with in the Social Security office or for that matter anywhere. Thank you all for resolving my issues.

My name is Christine Robison Deal. God bless Alyssa at the Villa Rica office!! She is AMAZING!!! I have been dealing with an issue since my husband passed unexpectedly back in May of this year. Alyssa was so very kind, she was compassionate and caring about my loss, she was so personal yet professional. She never gave up on getting my issues resolved. It finally got resolved thanks to her hard work and genuinely caring. She is wonderful!

It did take a while for me to get ahold of someone to make an appointment, but I made an appointment later in the afternoon I was in and out within like 3 mins literally, I just recently got married needed to change my last name. The lady was super sweet ! The officer out front was really nice as well

She was knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient as I asked many, many questions about how to get things in order for the last part of my life regarding social security benefits. Reasonable wait times compared to other locations, and the staff were extremely helpful!

After waiting over 20 minutes for someone to answer on the main SSA number, I hung up and thought it might be best to find a local office. So I looked up all the local offices near me and saw high reviews from the Villa Rica office. When I called Alyssa answered and this cheerful voice put me at ease right away. Within minutes she had answered all my questions and set up an appointment for me to sign up for Medicare. It may sound trivial but it meant so much that my time and concerns were met quickly, thoroughly and with pleasure. Miss Humphrey has a true gem in Alyssa and that office will always shine above the others. I am grateful to have found Alyssa and Villa Rica. Thank you, thank you, thank you! May Alyssa get the recognition and rewards she so deserves!

Very quick and friendly service. The officer that was working was a wonderful man. From the time I arrived, till I left, he made sure that I felt welcome. He left a wonderful impression on me. Definitely worth my time recognizing him, and his kind nature.

Alyssa has just been amazing to work with. Her follow up is great and she returns my phone calls very promptly. I can not thank her enough for what all she has done for me and my brother. She is definitely one of a kind and needs a raise or Recognition for all the hard work she does. Thank you Alyssa.

Hands down to Alyssa... Very helpful and her Customer service in point on. Spoke to her twice and SOO helpful, nice spoken and informative. Need more like her working for SSA and not like the Bilingual lady we spoke to, very nasty attitude, rude , would not give me her name and hung up on me. I understand frustration in this COVID time but no need in being rude. If you cant handle the public don't work for them. But That Alyssa.. She was a blessing and help us get exactly what we needed. THANK YOU ALYSSA!!!

The security officer at this office is absolutely wonderful! He made us feel welcome, was extremely helpful and made us laugh while we waited, which, wasn't very long at all and right after a holiday! Very pleased with my visit. Thanks y'all!!

I'm still learning about the office never been in there before

I called to get verification on what documents would be needed for name change and the lady I spoke with was the sweetest!!! She listened and helped me with understanding exactly what would work for identifying documents. I have never spoke with someone so nice at a governement facility!!
