Although I do not care for the USPS as a whole, this location has always been very helpful and very kind. I will drive further and out of the way to go to this location the majority of the time! 🇺🇸

The most knowledgeable window clerk I have ever met works here. His name is Jason. It also helps that he also greets everyone with a smile.

Why would a post office mail a package to Mableton, GA that is to be delivered here? Leesburg recieved the package on April 28, 2021 but instead of delivering it, they chose to mail it to Mableton, Ga. The order was due by April 28th but through tracking it was mailed out to another city but I have a Leesburg address. The package has been sitting in this other location since May 3, 2021. What is the real problem with post office?

Does not answer the phone ! I have been calling for 2 hours straight trying to get in contact for a mailbox key and only get a dial tone from being on the phone for 10 minutes. I never can get in contact with someone.

The Lee County post office is terrible. It was not this way years ago. We used to have the same postal carrier and they came during the day and now we have multiple people and they are always changing and they deliver around or after dark. They mark packages as being delivered and they are not delivered, and this is becoming a weekly thing now. They also state unable to deliver due to address and instead of re-delivering (when we call them) they hold it or return to sender depending on their mood. We have cameras, leave the packages on the porch or put it in the correct box and in the actual area you are supposed to!!! I am filing a formal complaint as I have been patient for too long.

Your message of unable to deliver ,pickup at the post office tomorrow is not an excuse when I'm standing in the driveway close to the mailbox and you make no attempt to deliver the package and drive off after you put the envelopes in the mailbox!!! Thats just not right!!!

Very Frustrating! My mail gets delivered to my neighbors and I receive my neighbors mail. It would be fine if this was a rare occasion, but this happens all the time. This USPS wants you to go and ask for your packages back when they delivered them to the wrong addresses. I have some good neighbors who return my packages, but also have neighbors who don’t. I put this review up in hopes this USPS will be more careful with delivering packages and possibly hire more reliable professionals who can read numbers.

Our packages will get marked undeliverable when our carrier doesn’t feel like dealing with them that particular day, or our favorite, they’ll mark them as delivered, then actually deliver them the next day. Some days we don’t even get our mail at all. Other peoples mail and packages get dropped off at our house.. ugh. Doesn’t matter how many times we call and speak with someone, they literally don’t care. They’re by far the most unorganized , unprofessional group of people I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

We were suppose to get an important package today. We waited all day, received our regular mail and then get a message stating they tried to deliver it at 9:10pm! Nobody was around my house to deliver anything at that time. I even checked my ring camera to make sure and there was nothing. This is the second time this has happen in the past month and a half.

Can't even get someone to answer the phone. Google didn't even show the number for the local post office. I had to go through USPS's AWFUL phone menu system for their national support number. Once I finally spoke with an actual human being after over twenty minutes of frustrating menus, she agreed with me that the system was terrible. Then she gave me the actual phone number for my local post office (this one). And then my phone call continues to get hung up on automatically. Absolutely unacceptable.

Several times I haven't gotten my mail over the past few months. Yesterday I didn't get mail or package they supposedly tried to deliver at 7:19 pm. They didn't even try to deliver it because my dogs would have gone crazy if they came on porch. I checked my mailbox again, nothing. The carrier lied.

Every single time I order something and it is delivered through USPS, I never get it on time, if I get it at all. Every time I call to check the status, I'm given reasons that sound completely made up. Status shows delivered and in my mailbox, but I'm told that it is not out for delivery yet. They never, I mean never, ask for the tracking number either. Another order cam in on a bright and sunny day. Yet it was not delivered because of "bad weather". I called to ask the real reason and was just told it was out for rede livery the next day and the status was changed to "undeliverable due to animal disturbance". I would just love to know the processes that happen at this post office so I can rely on them and give a better rating.
