They were very nice. I ordered the 5-in-1 bounce castle for my sons party on Saturday and they actually brought it Friday morning around 10 am and picked it up on Sunday. So we ended up having it for the whole weekend which was nice. The bounce house was really clean and in great shape. The kids really enjoyed it. I will be ordering from them again.

My daughter’s birthday party was this past Sunday. I booked Grayson’s events online and it was a an easy and seamless process. They communicate well and are speedy to respond to questions or concerns. I will definitely be using them again.

I booked the toddler bunny jump house & my preschoolers loved it. They stayed in it for hours.
This company was Professional & punctual when dropping off. They did pick up 2 hours late but I will definitely continue to use their services.

Slide set up was quick, they were very nice in letting us set up wherever we wanted. They came very early to make sure it was set up in time and even let us keep it overnight. 10/10 recommend

I love the fact that they have a good variety of water slides. The delivery guys and the guys who came to pick up the water slide were so well mannered. My nieces and nephews really enjoyed it. I will be renting again. I will say that I'm a satisfied customer

We called Grayson Events last minute and they delivered! I was called back a few minutes after they had closed and a guy was nice to go back to the office and stay on the phone to help assist me. We will definitely be using their services again! Great communication throughout the whole ordeal! Prices were reasonable and affordable.

They have a big variety of inflatables and games. The customer service was great. I was very last minute with my order and they still delivered the same day. My son wound up getting sick and we had to cancel his party. They picked up the inflatable and only charged me for the deposit of booking it. I was fully expecting to be charged full price so I’m very grateful and will be using them again in the future

They were there early setup quick very professional and polite. Picked it up early the next day my yard looked as though I never had a water slide in it. Will use again. Didn’t take pictures because everyone just forgot to but next time we definitely will.

Last minute I needed a bounce house in 2 days and Greysons came to the rescue! They not only were they happy to assist me, they made the process incredibly easy and smooth from delivery to pick up!! The kids had such a blast!!! I rent inflatables a few times a year and from now on will call Greysons! They have earned me as a customer!!

I ordered an inflatable for my son's 3rd birthday this past saturday and Greyson's did an awesome job! I didn't know when they were going to be bringing it, but we basically had the inflatable for the whole weekend and I didnt have to pay extra. They brought it a day early and didn't come back until Sunday afternoon. The guys who delivered and picked it up were so friendly and did it so fast!! Will definitely be using again!

This was a great company to work with. Everyone was very professional and the process of booking and paying was seamless. The inflatable was in great condition and clean upon delivery. WOuld recommend this company!

The only negative thing I would say is they did not communicate properly when scheduling the pick up of the inflatable. They were supposed to pick it up 3PM that day but did not show up til 10AM the following day. Luckily they were still able to retrieve the inflatable since we were not home. Would definitely use this company again. The

I rented a 18 foot water slide, for easter they delivered and setup everything very good, no problems with the water slide I would recommend anyone to this company ! For your rental events!
