Carroll's Sausage & Country Store

Great road stop for tasty fun! I had stopped here many years ago and was excited to make it part of a Thanksgiving road trip this year. The smoked sausages and many choices of bacon are excellent. We also picked up some sauces, tried some samples, and got a bacon cheddar sausage on bun to go as a snack. Loads of flavor every bite. They also had nice, clean bathrooms and everybody was happy to help.

My monthly pit stop for a couple of sausage sandwiches for lunch hits the spot while driving up to Dekalb Peachtree Airport for Aviation business. I bring a cooler with ice packs and I load up with great cuts of Steak, pork, sausages, and other fine Carroll's products. Great friendly staff, large Butcher section with awesome selections, love the new lights and love the new added room with plenty of good old country goodies!!! I'm gonna grill when I get home!!!

This place is awesome. You can get lost in here. They have a huge selection of spices, jams, spreads, sauces and syrups. The meat cause is mouth watering. Everything from Steaks to Sausage. They also have a room just with gifts and trinkets. If you’re in the area and have a cooler with you or a short drive home stop and get you some. Enjoy

I saw all the signs enticing me to stop at Carroll's. I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service everyone was polite and helpful. Specialty items I haven't been able to find anywhere else like the Troyer ghost pepper cheese curds and jalapeno bacon. They gave recipes, had some hot food, and gave samples. There was a little country store as well. I wish they were closer 😪 you can order online, but it's not the same. I love this place!

Wonderful establishment!
I first heard about Carrol's on IRV2 and passed it on our way to Ohio.
On the way home we made a point to stop and buy a few goodies

Going back out to the motor home we had dead batteries. Bummer!
Long story short we ended up staying in the RV park and got back on the road the next day.
Friendly staff! Full blown butcher shop and an extensive array of other goodies! RV park has been expanded and now has 47 pull through sites first come first serve.
I think it was $38.00 and they give you a $10.00 coupon for the store.
I would definitely recommend this establishment!

We live in Alpharetta but we travel a lot to Orlando and Carroll’s is a must stop for us… we are fans of grilling and BBQ! They have many meats cuts and everything is amazingly good! The staff is super friendly… and guess what? If you have a pup with a good behavior (😂) you can bring it inside the store 👍🏻🙌🏻

A definite stop while traveling on I-75. There was so much fresh meat to choose and the prices are reasonable. Other items included sauces and rubs. We also bought a pecan pie planning on having it for Thanksgiving but went ahead and had a couple of pieces. Will have to purchase another one tomorrow for the holiday dinner.

Fabulous butcher shop! Fresh meats, anything you can imagine, and the best sausage! The Vidalia onion and cheese is phenomenal! Coffees, local honey, jams, and so much more! We never miss a stop on a drive to Florida! And they’ll ship too!

We always stop in at Carroll's when traveling through, to restock the freezer. They have a fresh meat case with every cut you can want, including a large variety of sausage, which is our particular favorite. Friendly staff who never act like we're bothering them no matter how many different items we get. Recommend checking them.

We kept seeing the signs along I-75 for Carroll's sausage & country store and just couldn't resist taking a stop and loading up on some awesome country meats and goodies. Very spacious with several departments with free samples to taste and they had some things I'd never heard of along with the biggest butcher showcase that we'd ever seen in our lives! If you travel up and down I-75 much you gotta take the time and check them out!!

Carroll's Sausage is one of the best parts of a trip down I-75 for all your meat needs.

Carroll's is a grocery store with many specialty meats, wines, spices, condominiums and the like. All the meat is a good taste and is some of the best in all of the south.

Highly recommend stop if in the area or going down/up I-75

Always stop at Carroll's when we're passing through. Great selection and always fresh. Got these Bacon wrapped pork chops stuffed with Vidalia onion sausage. Put a little rub on them and slow cooked for about 1.5 hours. Delicious!!

If you like well-made butcher-style meats and sausage, this is the place. I've driven by here many times when traveling to and from Florida and finally decided to stop. Yes, it has the kitschy souvenirs, but go to the meat counter and behold one of the best selections you'll ever find. Carroll branded products abound. This is the real deal.

On the way to Helen, (GA) we found many places and Carroll’s (on my top 5’s) is Pork Heaven and lot’s of many other goodie’s… from meats (beef/pork/chicken), spices, produce and much more. So, when traveling I75 North stop by and you may agree with me… one more thing, don’t forget the sausages (OMG) mushroom & cheese sooo yummy 😋

Without a doubt, this is the best sausage I've ever eaten. We'll look to stop here regularly when traveling through southern Georgia. We ate the mild for lunch yesterday, but I bought a medium (spicy) sandwich when exiting the store. Even the medium had a good "spicy-wang" to it! I may not be brave enough to try the "Hot" spicy.

This place makes me want to move to Ashburn just so I could be here every day!!! The sausage is fabulous! The selection is amazing! Candy, steak, sauces, cheese, syrups, jams, hot sauce, oh and buckeyes -- this place has everything. And did I mention the sausage is delicious!!!

First time in, stopped by on a whim while heading to Atlanta area. Very glad we stopped. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the selection was impressive, and everything looked amazing. Between my MIL and I, we spent nearly $300!! But it all looks so great. Gonna be cookin' some meat this week for sure; hopefully it all tastes as wonderful as it looked.

Did a one-night stay here, great stopover location right off 75. Full hookups, spacious sights, level gravel pads. Country store has lots of local items. Sites are $40 but they give you a $10 coupon for the store. Some highway noise if that’s an issue, didn’t bother us a bit. Will definitely stay here again!

I have driven by this shop for 12 years and never stop until 3 weeks ago. Everything I've bought since then has been amazing. Try the stuff pork chops or anything for that matter. The sausage and steak are amazing as well.

I love this place! Feels like a smaller, local Buckees, just a lot less people.
Clean bathrooms, nice distraction to do a little shopping to break up your drive.
All kinds of really good looking meats at really reasonable prices.
I got a maple cheese and sausage biscuit (it felt like a kolaches cousin) and was really good.
Also got some fantastic peanut brittle!
I look forward to stopping again when I'm in the area.
