Been a longtime online window shopper and me and my wife have ordered several firearms and other things from yall. I was very happy that we could make it out there in March for my birthday to spend entirely too much money but it was awesome and i came home with more guns and things than i had planned but it is an awesome store and super awesome people, we came back 3 different days and everytime i seen new things that i missed. Easy people to deal with and we will definitely be back! My wife's only complaint is the cost of shipping for things to be shipped to us here in tennessee, but other than that I fully reccomend and can't wait to get back out there.

Plan on at least 2-3 hours to go through the store!! I was here this past weekend and it was amazing!!! They staff is all very friendly, informative and professional. They helped answer my questions and the buying process was very quick and easy. Pricing is great!! They offer all kinds of personalized options. They offer several unique items that you will not find elsewhere. I highly recommend!

Mountainside Outfitters is an insanely cool place to experience! I spent a day there and still don’t think I got to see all that they had available for purchase. The staff was top tier and the owners are some of the best people I’ve met in the firearm industry. (Also, they have a couple friendly cats that will hang with customers in between their naps😻) I’d make the drive again from Texas just to see what Dave comes up with next! Spent about an hour and a half in the store this past Sunday 11/19/2023, and had a good time. Visited with a couple employees and spent a little money! Plan on stopping in to catch a little Black Friday action this coming weekend! Thanks to all the helpful staff, for helping us get the things we were looking for and actually taking a minute to visit and discuss things with us!

Unique. You'll like this store if for nothing else than the uniqueness and variety. But if you happen to like firearms, you'll love this place! Request a catalog to get a small taste of the broad spectrum of what's there to be purchased and experienced!

I took my 2 boys to go shoot full auto today. It was my 18yo bday and this is what he requested. psh, yea dude we can do that. These guys were very accommodating, loaded the mags and help us get the feel for everything. Great staff, amazing selection and they make sure you are happy no matter what. I think we found our new gun store. We’ve been trying a few since we moved from Idaho and this one felt right. Thanks everyone that was involved to make my sons 18th the best so far!!

Just got in my Pyro 15. Workmanship is outstanding! Solid built utilizes real AR-15 parts that are customized for electrical and fuel delivery system . Heft of an actual AR-15. Ran test on it today using one of my DeWalt batteries, even better than expected. Company has GREAT customer service. Initially thought price was high until I received product, great value if you want a tool like this. Not a toy. Thanks to those at Mountainside Outfitters for thinking outside the box and delivering the real deal.

This place has by far exceeded my expectations. The selection is by far anything you’ve ever got to see. If you’re in the area for weapons and decided to come to Bass Pro leave that place in the dust and take a 20 mile trip out here instead. You won’t be disappointed! This place literally lets you consume complimentary beverages and has the most insane Gun, Ammo, and Accessory collection! Ranging from specialty Ammo all the way to your own soda machine that is also a gun case! This is a Sportsman dream come true! I really enjoyed the Customer Service I received and the employees will go out of their way to ensure you are happy! Fellas I might advise you to leave your wallet in the car because this place will have you spending money you didn’t even know you had! 12/10 experience. Will make sure to stop by anytime I come through the area.

Amazing company to deal with. If you can dream it up they can build it. Definitely worth the trip to see what they can do. I have purchased a few packages from them some for myself and some for my Fire Department to use as fundraisers. Extremely happy with every every purchase.

I love this place. I have bought a few things from here when I lived down the road from them but now that I moved to another state, it is hard to find a FFL dealer here to receive a new item.

No doubt the best gun store in the area. Walked in looking for a somewhat obscure shotgun, and they had it. That’s not even the best part. Their customer service was the big deal. Easy conversation and super simple buying process. The folks at Mountainside came out to ask if I needed anything a couple times as I perused, then were there when I wanted to chat. Not pushy, just good people there to help. They have a ton of cool stuff to look at.

Place is AMAZING!! Recommend to all my friends, got an awesome work of art, that wasnt to bad on price!! Went during the anniversary sale i think it was back in February, Dave was meeting everyone at the gate and introducing himself, good respectful people, loved the experience!! Will definitely make trips in the future!! And its an all day round trip for me! If i knew how to post a picture I'd post the custom 1911 i got, well worth every minute of road time!!!

I have purchased many items from mountainside and my experiences there have always been fantastic. I have never heard one of their employees complain about the jobs they do there, and would in fact love to work there myself. I believe that anyone leaving a bad review for this company has some personal grudge that is the reason for the review. If you think that the negative reviews are true, then you certainly need to get down there and find out for yourself. Don't judge without being informed, these people are awesome.

Best gun shop in the Springfield area. Huge selection of guns, ammo and knives. Really cool custom gun kits in display cases. Great customer service as well.

This place was like heaven on earth. There was so much stuff I wanted, if only I had a winning lotto ticket.
