Main Street Grill

The Main Street Grill is great! we stopped in twice during our recent visit to Fayetteville. On the first visit my grandson had the cream cheese stuffed French toast with strawberries and bacon on the side, he loved it. I had the Rojo special which was an awesome combination of a tender juicy grilled pork chop a biscuit sausage gravy cheese and two eggs It was amazing. The coffee was also great My buddy had a huge piece of country ham three eggs sausage gravy and grits and toast. The next time we went back I had a slawburger and a side of grits and more of that wonderful sausage gravy.

The salads we had were very good and fresh.Our sandwich was also delicious. Our son got there potato soup ge said it was good. The atmosphere was very nice a d quiet.A quality restaurant for small town.

To me, the best breakfast in Fayetteville. I love the Paul Bunyan. 3 eggs, hash browns, toast, bacon, ham and sausage for about 8 bucks. The eggs ate perfect every time. I actually like their new location just off the square. Parking is easier and the restaurant is friendly and updated. Oh, and the patty melt is actually an authentic patty melt.

Extraordinary breakfast!!!! My new addiction is the stuffed French toast with warm strawberries on top. My daughter likes the Rojo special (both shown in pics). The owner is very friendly and the service was top notch. We never had to ask for anything!!! Also, amazing value and prices!!!

My friend and I ate here to kill some time, and it was definitely a great choice! The pancakes were very hearty!

Fantastic atmosphere, good food, and fun, friendly staff. We were visiting from Michigan and had fun with Rick (also from Michigan) showing each other where we lived on our hands. Highly recommend!

Delicious homemade food. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The biscuit was moist and fluffy. Loved the house potatoes, they had a little crunch. The pork was a nice golden brown and very tasty. Sausage gravy is to die for.
Best country breakfast I’ve had in a long time. If I lived here I would be a regular.
The service is very friendly and quick.
If you live in this charming little town or just visiting, this is a must go to restaurant. 💕💕💕

Holy Sheet!!! What a wonderful surprise for lunch! I had the lunch plate of the day which was meatloaf, mashed potatoes and pinto beans... Simply awesome good home-cooked meal! Market Street Grill knocked the meatloaf out of the park with awesome flavors and perfect texture. My better half ordered a double cheeseburger and she was wowed by it and stated that she should have ordered a single for how thick & juicy the pattie was... Fresh ground beef and cooked perfectly to her specifications. Angel was our waitress and she was very pleasant and attentive. I don't know the cook's name but he used to live in Boston and we talked about my recent travels there... He knocked it out of the park also for preparing a wonderful lunch for both of us. Thanks Market Street Grill we will return when we pass through Fayetteville, Tennessee. WOOT WOOT!

We were looking for a late breakfast and found it! First, the ladies working here were amazing. They helped each other to make sure everyone was taken care of.
The food- it's just breakfast. Hard to mess that up, but you can also take it up a notch. I highly recommend the country omelet! Meats, hashbrowns and eggs omelet, covered in sausage gravy. Loved it!

Friendly service, casual atmosphere, good portions, Breakfast Anytime! Many nice choices on the menu.

Great food at an affordable price with friendly service!!

Fried Chicken Salad is very good!!! It is a hearty portion size, and you can actually see the chicken in it, as apposed to other places.

The breakfast menu is also very good!

Mr Rick does not mind to specialize your order. He has always satisficed me with my special orders. A great place over all to eat.

Found this gem by mistake. Great food, great atmosphere, great prices and, most importantly, great customer service. Now it's a regular trip from northern AL a couple times a month. Oh, and if you're from Michigan, be prepared to show the owner where you're from (using your hand, of course!). Like me, he, too is a former Michigander.

Passing thru town and glad we visited. Both kids had the Mickey Mouse pancakes with choc chips and we also had hamburger steak and meatloaf. Everything was delicious.

Great mom and pop shop to grab a good burger and have a chat, literally, it's quite enough to hear a conversation, not just have one if that makes sense.

Plenty of menu options. The triple bypass was good but thought about trying the 12 egg omlette

Food is fresh and hot when it gets to the table. No its not fast food but good food takes a little time. Never been disappointed. Best catfish around. Fair prices and large portions! Did I mention breakfast served all day. A+ in my book!

Owner recommended the Chicken Shrimp Alfredo ( made from scratch) Absolutely the best I have ever had! Employees very nice and owner treated me as if I were special:) Great place to eat! A+++

Food and Service are always great... my new place in Fayetteville to eat on the Square.
The owner / cook and staff show they care and really go out of their way to please the customer. The location is clean and welcoming and close to local square shopping.
