The bank employees were super nice but what should have taken 10 minutes took an hour. It seemed every employee other than the branch manager was either being trained or doing the training. I watched a customer walk behind the counter attempting to engage the drive through teller, the branch manager talked to her like an old friend when she came back around the counter to make her deposit. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I totally understand why this branch has 46% negative reviews.

I was only there because Candance web banking had a dead link and customer service would not open my fourth checking account over the phone. I am a Cadence customer now not through choice but through acquisition. Nice people and I wish them well but they need professional help and to be professionals.
