Allied Services

Very thankful for Allied services in taking care of my gas heating issue. I've tried to other two other major local companies that have sold and now have subpar technicians, who can not accurately diagnose an issue. Ive had better luck in figuring out the problem myself with no background. Allied was prompt and spot on in getting the issue fixed. I will use them again with no hesitation next time.

Isaac was a lifesaver! Immediately saw the problem, got to work repairing it and remedied the problem. We appreciate Allied sending someone out on such short notice and taking care of us!

It was a process since repair to the floor had to be done once they took out the inside unit. So unit out one day. Floor repaired and then back the next day for the install. Brian was very nice and did a pro job. The only issue a couple days later was water on the floor and it wasn't cooling. Another guy came out and the line for condensation was plugged. He blew it out and it's been a cool day ever since.

Excellent service for plumbing. They were the only one that were able to fix my issue because they have a jet truck. Guys were very nice and professional and thorough. Will use them again.

Randy on the plumbing side was very helpful in installing our new sewer lines for out new house! We were able to get our concrete poured in a timely manner due to his knowledge.

They showed as promised and fixed our drain problem quickly and well. We have been using their services since we moved to the area 20 years ago and have been pleased every time. When our AC system needed to be replaced they did on time and without any problems.

Had a sewage backup late on a Friday. Other local plumbers works not arrive for at least 3 days, but Allied sent a plumber within 2 hours. He was extremely professional, answered all of my questions and let me watch him work. Once done the charge was extremely fair and affordable.

We purchased some properties in Ardmore in December. I have had two emergency service calls with Allied, one on the plumbing side and one on the HVAC side, as well as two maintenance calls.
While I'm hopeful I don't have any more anytime soon, they have been incredible. From the office staff to the technicians I have been thoroughly impressed.
They send itemized bills in the mail, and provide detailed statements which is really helpful for our business.
Most importantly, they are kind and helpful every time I've called.

They were really fast getting my ac worked on and fixed. They replaced a fan on a 20 yo unit and it works! Greg was fantastic! They could have easily said we needed a new unit and we would have believed him since the thing is so old. Thanks!

I owe a huge apology to you Neil Stitt and the people of holt allied services. It has come to my attention that Danny Jones does not or has never worked at this company. I am sincerely sorry for the oh so negative comment that I had previously made. Thank you Neil for coming to my home to talk to me and getting to the bottom of this horrible situation.
