Caldwell Mechanical Services

My boyfriend has already left a review for Caldwell on google that it won't let him leave another one, but he has had such an excellent experience this week that he wanted to leave another 5 star review.

I called about my exhaust fan not working at about 4:55pm on a weeknight. Greg (the owner of the company) called me back about 5:15 and said that all of his techs were busy so he would come over himself and take a look at it. He was over in a jiffy and very professional about his work, all the meanwhile explaining to me what all the troubleshooting he is doing. In about ten minutes he found a loose wire, got it all connected back properly and I was back in business...or so I thought. He left, and about half an hour later the fan stopped working and I gave him another ring. He said he was currently out on another call but could be back over between 7:00-8:00pm, I told him not to worry about it tonight and he said he would send a tech over first thing in the morning.
The next morning a very friendly and professional tech came out and did a little deeper troubleshooting. He thinks that the combination of an older unit and the high pressure load getting too high in this extra hot heat was causing the safety pressure switch to fault out. He took out a little refrigerant and instructed me how to set up a little misting system to help the unit out on these extremely hot days. All these trips and they didn't charge a penny for their time - I will continue to recommend Caldwell Mechanical to anyone I know in Southern Oklahoma!!

Didn’t end up using them as I was able to fix the problem myself, but when I called them for a quote for my broken HVAC they were extremely courteous, helpful, understanding, and over HALF the price of the other two main HVAC companies in town. Will definitely be recommending to anyone else in the future!

Called on Sunday afternoon, someone was sent out, found out and showed me what the problem was. Part was ordered, was told it would be in, in a week, A/C fixed and running in exactly a week.
