The EyeCare Group (Lexington)

The dr was very nice with my eye checkup, but is what was so nice was the women at the front desk they were so nice and patient with my little girls! They put the little mermaid on for them to watch! Very nice place and great service!

The Eyecare Group is absolutely hometown care at its finest. I have seen Dr. Daughtry for years. He has been nothing shy of amazing. He takes time to listen to the concerns of his patients and assist in making the best decisions. The staff including the optical team are outstanding. I have referred many patients to this facility and will continue to do so.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Dr was very thorough and took the time that I needed with her. The lady who preps you before the Dr we carried on a conversation like we knew each other from way back. The only draw back is the expense of my glasses. Now, this was with insurance but she took her time with me and gave me her honest opinion and I had to have progressive lenses. I've never had any trouble with this practice at all!!!

Everyone is friendly and pleasant. Doctor explain well and take time to I understand, All are helpful and professional. The offices are all well equipped and tastefully decorated. My visit went well. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I’m so glad we have this office here in Lexington.

Our Eye Care Doctor retired and we had to find a new Eye Doctor. We are so glad we found the EyeCare Group. We was able to get an appointment when we needed and a Diabetic Eye exam. All of the employees have been professional and friendly. The office is clean and well maintained. Our new Eye Doctor is so friendly and explains what is going on with our eyes. They have a big selection of frames. They are following recommended guidelines to keep everyone healthy. I'm so glad we came here and will be back as needed.

I had a great experience with the Eye Care Group. The front staff to the dr did a great job. The dr really made sure I was satisfied and that I could come to him or any of the other doctors if I had any issues. I will definitely be going back and I recommend the Eye Care Group to anyone that has vision issues and needs to have there eyes checked.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient at The EyeCare Group in Lexington. The entire office followed procedures to insure patient safety during COVID-19, including taking my temperature, oxygen level and asking important questions regarding symptoms as well as travel. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered every question during the different tests included with the exam. Dr. Becky was very personable,thorough and helped me feel at ease. Their showroom of glasses options was beautiful. I would definitely recommend their practice.

I had an medical issue with my eye the other night. Major swelling and we weren’t sure what was wrong. I called the next morning and was able to get an appointment in just a couple of hours from when I called. Another office I called I had to leave a message and they called me back after I arrived for this appointment. The staff here were very friendly. They even accommodated my kids by putting on a show for them to watch with out us asking. I felt comfortable with the doctor and no unnecessary time was wasted or testing done. Aparently I had some sort of allergic reaction or had something in my eye that was gone when I got there. I will definitely be back to get my new prescription done here. I had been looking for a good eye doctor since I moved to the area. I now have one.

The Eyecare Group in Wallburg is amazing! The entire office staff and Dr. Simpson really care about their patients and listen to them. I called at 9:00 for an eye check and was given an appointment this afternoon. I filled out initial paperwork, was given an eye exam with scans, met with the doctor and was on my way home in an hour! Best experience ever! Thank you for being so professional!

I had my first appointment with The EyeCare Group yesterday afternoon. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the people in the office. I had an eye exam and picked out new frames for my glasses. They have hundreds of frames to choose from. I just need to wait for my glasses to be made and then go pick them up. I am excited to see the finished product! 👓🇺🇸

The EyeCare Group in Lexington NC is a very nice facility. Staff is very prompt and professional. Selection of eyeglass frames is second to none. All in all, I had a very positive experience.

All the staff was extremely friendly they took their time to explain each test as they were being done the optometrist was alsome she answered all my questions and took her time with the test, I've been to several eye doctors throughout the years and when it came to
(not sure what the machine is call) where they flip different lenses to see which lenses works best she took her time to give my eyes time to adjust before flipping to another lens.
Most eye doctors are looking at the money wanting to see as many people possible.
Most times I came out with a prescription that was not correct.
When leaving they gave me the option to either purchase glasses or give me A prescription WOW that won me over eye doctors have their own optical shop now and make it almost impossible to leave their office without purchasing glasses from them.
I highly recommend this practice and the doctor there

Very nice staff, nice new Lexington office. They weren't overbooked so the wait wasn't long. The doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive. Answered all my questions and didn't rush through my exam. I would highly recommend.

So, I have literally looked for a "genuine" eye care Dr over and over and dreaded going to have my eyes checked...THIS IS HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST Eye Care!! Good service from the phone appt, entrance, exam, and Dr Daughtery was sooo personable!!
Reasonable, clean, and organized. Made my exam process and glass ordering, relaxing and simple. Means alot and hard to find these days!

I have no negative comments. I have and will refer to others to try them.

My family and I I've been going to the air Care group in Lexington for several years. We go there because of the very nice people doctors and staff. We know we're getting the best of care and all the people are so very pleasant and helpful.

The ladies at the front desk are awesome! They are very patient and understanding if you have to cancle or change an appointment. Lindsay was very helpul on prices and letting me know if my insurance was accepted and would also pay for my glasses. I would recommend The Eye Care Group over any eye Dr. Hands down!

I had a wonderful experience at the EyeCare Group. Everyone was very polite and each procedure was explained in detail. I felt like I got a very thorough eye exam. Looking forward to trying out my new contacts and glasses.

LOVE the new office. Used to go to the old location when Drs McWhorter were there. That was a drab office. I saw Dr Becky York, who was very professional, courteous, proficient and did not keep you waiting or kept you long. Will be going there again!

They only place that figure out that my daughter needed Progressive lenses. Every other place in Lexington kept wanting to up her reading glass prescription, when they would do this she couldn’t see. I highly recommend the eye care group. They took care of her and got her the glasses she needed. She can see now.
