AT&T Store

Josh was GREAT!!!! I was never a big fan of AT&T for the simple fact that i always received bad customer service, but it was the best cell service in the area. The experience that i got working with Josh today was nothing short of courteous and helpful. If you ever need a new phone plan or any other AT&T service ASK DIRECTLY FOR JOSH You wont be sorry....he knows his stuff and he's never pushy.

Ricardo was very pleasant and knowledgeable when it came to helping me upgrade my phone and find a plan that was the best fit for me! Definitely going to him next time I need help with something!

Zane did a phenomenal job helping get my billing issues resolved. He went above and beyond to get everything resolved!! Thank you, Zane.

There came a time in my life where I needed a new phone, so I came here to 2240 12th Ave in Ardmore,OK where I felt welcomed and not just another costumer! Mr. Ricky Soto helped me out by getting me my dream phone, and iPhone 15 pro max! Mr. Soto was determined to get me my dream phone, he truly made me feel he cared about my concerns and if he didn’t know how to answer my question, he would find out right away! I would 10/10 recommend this store to all surrounding areas! Best experience I’ve had in a long time! Thank you AT&T!

Oh wow! I live positive reviews and I have a great one! We just left this AT&T store and worked with Zane Phillips. I was blown over by how helpful he was. We moved one line from our account to a different account and then had to cancel the number from our account. He couldn’t cancel the number but he called the right AT&T number to get us to the right person to help us quickly. He went out of his was to help us when he wouldn’t have had to. I recommend asking for him when you need help,
