They do all they can to please their customers no matter who you are.If there is a mistake they take the initiative to correct the problem.They are very busy people working hard to please us so don't leave your receipt having them to keep up with what you left i made that mistake but was given a substitute otherwise i would've lost a battle with NO documents so i make sure i ask for a receipt even if they don't offer one but they are very dependable !!!

I was recommended to this Dry Cleaners by a relative a few months ago. I have never had any issues with any services or items cleaned until today. I went to pick up my clothes and one of my suit jackets were stained with stains that were not in it when I dropped it off for cleaning. I then pointed out the stains and requested it to be cleaned over. I then was going to only pay for a shirt that I had cleaned. The owner said $14 so I said $14? He said said yes you can pay for the shirt and the two jackets. I said I'm not paying for jackets that still have stains that's going to be cleaned over I'm only paying for the shirt. He then threw my card back on the counter in a rude manner and said he's not running a card for $2. The fact that he did that in a rude manner has caused them to lose my business forever. That was completely rude and very unprofessional. All he had to do was state that he'd prefer not to run my card for only $2, because of the usage fee. He offered to still clean it over when I went back inside, but after that I lost respect for him and was ready to go. Even though my two jackets were stained I decided to not have them cleaned so I not satisfied just paid for it and left. Never going back here again.
