Just really was impressed with how kind and all our questions have been addressed very professional.

This was the second time using the CPA and I will never go back, first they had our taxes for over a month and a half and never once called myself or my husband with an update, when we initially dropped off they said they were behind two weeks, so we waited three weeks and called and got told “we are still working on your spreadsheets, we’ll call you once they are done”. Another two weeks went by and we never got a call, so this time my husband calls” oh we are still working on your spreadsheets with our main CPA out with cancer we are really far behind, should have them done this week” ok great we will wait to hear from you… never here from them. Now I call and we are two weeks from deadline to be filled, we are still working on spreadsheets we will let you know. Last Thursday we call and say hey we have to come to Lawton and can swing by to pick up our taxes either on the way they’re or on our way home, “well we are still working on spreadsheets not sure if we can have them done by Friday, we will call you in just a bit and let you know” again never heard from them, so we make our way to Lawton and stop by and get a final answer of “yes they will be done today we are going to shoot for 4pm, we will call you when we are ready”. Great we will be in Lawton for a little while, will call when we are headed home to see if we can get them, fast forward to about 12-12:30 “hey we are leaving Lawton can we go ahead and get them”, “no we have not got them finished yet”, “ok we’ll plan on being back at 4pm”,” well we don’t know if they will be finished”. Ok fine just mail them to us Monday by file date! Then speak with the son and he was very rude saying how busy he’s been with all these returns with just him since his dad has cancer treatments and how half his day is spent with “these kind of phone calls”, I assume he means the ones asking hey when is my stuff going to be done, then says if you want them come get them and have them filed elsewhere or wait to hear from us. Magically by 2:30 we get a call saying hey your taxes are done and ready to be picked up, so we drive to go get them and to say they waited till the last minute is a accurate statement as when we walked in about three other people were there picking up there taxes. After that they verify where we want our refund to go and we had to change the bank well today like normal I check our bank and they couldn’t even file the correct bank we wanted it to go into🤬. So needless to say they have the worst communication and don’t update information when it’s given to them, WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

Went to this office to get our taxes done. Won't happen again! I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything, I called. I was told they attempted to reach me but my phone was always busy. Besides having voice mail, this was not possible. Plus they attempted one time, they also had my email and mailing address. Turns out they called a wrong number. I knew they had the correct number because they called to request more documents. I went to get the taxes and was told I owed quite a bit to the State of OK. Not possible because we just moved here. The explanation of the tax preparer was a winner - the state of OK is a greedy state and will take what they can. No, they will not! After a bit back and forth he agreed to recheck the taxes. 2 hrs later we no longer owed to the state of OK plus federal taxes were also less. It was blamed on the software. The next day when I picked up the taxes and complaint about the situation, I was told by the receptionist that to error is human. Yes it is, but when the error is about $11.000 not to my benefit, it is not. Oh, and today I received another refund from the IRS. I had done our taxes for the past 7 years with H&R Block and never had a problem. Guess who will do our taxes next year?

He didn't file my Pet Rescues 501c3 taxes from 2019 until 2021 but claimed he did. IRS revoked the 501c3 August 2022.
